2 /5 Elaina Moore: You can’t ever get in when you’re actually sick! Your yearly checkup will be very thorough but heaven help you if you need care in between regularly scheduled exams. You’ll get a “we’ll see is we can double book the doc or the np” and then it’s a rude message in the my chart app to just go to urgent care.

1 /5 Glenn Simpson: They might be a great institution and they might have great doctors and nurses but when you ask to see them and they state the first available is 48 days later for new patients you will never know.

1 /5 Stacy: If I could put 0 I would. I hate to complain, but all people that live in Texas, KNOW! A few lights takes longer!, some drivers are very slow, theres big working trucks, theres construction that wasnt there the day before ect ... I was late 13/15min late to my appointment, Im new to this spot and THEN had me wait "IF" I can get seen??????? RIDICULOUS! No. I will not come there again. And the staff is rude talking under their breath like I cant hear you talk bad things about me?. Very unprofessional! My daughter was looking at me very uncomfortably!. I left VERY upset! Wow! Never been to anywhere like this. And just because it looks clean and "nice" youll get a flip side 99.99% ! Unbelievable. And to TOP IT OFF there was no one in the waiting room. NOTHING. Make that , MAKE SENSE! *Smh* how are yall open ?
