The front staff was extremely friendly and patient with me as I tried locating insurance card. I am going to make this Mens Primary Care my first choice for medical procedures.

My appt has been cancelled twice now because the provider decided to call in sick. Its really gone downhill as of late.

Elaine Jones: I went to Mathews as a new Patient i December 30th 2022, because hes my husbands Dr. I was very disappointed! He looked at my x-rays and asked a few questions and never physically examined my knee or leg. When I read back what he entered for the exam, it said he performed a Right Knee Exam, range of motion, Tests McMurray: Medial - negative Varus: negative Valgus: negative, Neither were performed. I felt like he was trying to rush me through to to get to his next patient. I dont trust a Dr that says he did an exam when he didnt. Had he done a proper examination it may have led to finding out what is causing my pain. I do not recommend for new patients, however, you may have a different experience.

She has compassion integrity and such high standards and morals when it comes to her patients and shes always been an all around good hearted animal loving Lady...
