5 /5 James Webb: Recently , I was experiencing extreme fatigue and shortness of breath. I drove to the care center to inquire about getting an appointment . The office staff contacted the nurse, who promptly called me back. She did a series of checks, spoke to the doctor, and then game me an EKG. After reviewing the results, the doctor, who already had a full schedule of appointments that day, came in to see me. He spent about 20 minutes talking to and diagnosing me, prescribed more labs, and gave me appointment to return the next morning. When I returned the next day, he had all my labs/imaging reports, and had zeroed in on my issue.
I am so appreciative of how promptly the entire office and medical staff responded to my concerns. m very glad to be a patient at this practice.
