5 /5 Teresa Luna: Every time I come the office is always clean and information available. Christina and Linda have always been available to speak to me when I call in. All of the staff are always able to help or answer any question that I may have. I also use the pharmacy and Jerry is always available to speak to if I have any questions or concerns.

5 /5 Juanita G Segura: Very pleased with Rachael Houy at the Conviva Care Center. She is excellent with all us seniors. While doing crafts and projects, she patiently guides and help us complete our projects. A wonderful knowlegeable young talented lady!

2 /5 Lori: Today was my 3rd in-person visit to correct a coding error for lab orders. Because the correct codes were not placed onto the lab orders, I am being billed $338.00 from the lab. ….‘ never had this problem with previous clinics. But the front desk people are very nice and helpful. Hopefully this lab coding issue will be fixed.

1 /5 Ismael Salazar: I called at 9:15am to CONVIVA New Braunfels, explained my symptoms and requested a specific medication that has always worked in the past. I received a call at 5:59pm (8 HOURS LATER!!! A MINUTE BEFORE CLOSING!). I was asked why I was calling. So, I told the person if she had read the note. At this point, after answering a few questions she said she would forward to Dr. Ramirez, and she said he might call me back. NEVER CALLED - NO MEDICATIONS - NOTHING. UNSATISFACTORY This is the second time something like this has happened. Do your doctors even care???

5 /5 James Webb: Recently , I was experiencing extreme fatigue and shortness of breath. I drove to the care center to inquire about getting an appointment . The office staff contacted the nurse, who promptly called me back. She did a series of checks, spoke to the doctor, and then game me an EKG. After reviewing the results, the doctor, who already had a full schedule of appointments that day, came in to see me. He spent about 20 minutes talking to and diagnosing me, prescribed more labs, and gave me appointment to return the next morning. When I returned the next day, he had all my labs/imaging reports, and had zeroed in on my issue. I am so appreciative of how promptly the entire office and medical staff responded to my concerns. m very glad to be a patient at this practice.
