1 /5 Rain E.: This Dr. Gloria Sam, is so beyond rude. You shouldn’t be a Dr if you do not like your job, then quit if you’re so unhappy. My mom has been with this Dr not too long and she has a arrogant attitude, doesn’t consult and doesn’t prescribe anything for the problems my mom has because you “can’t just spring it on her” as she’ll say. She needs to be fired. You can’t treat older people like this would not recommend going here.

1 /5 Idhali Alonzo: I began services here in April 2022 through September 2022. I signed up for the OB Prenatal package ($1750 total) since i did not have insurance. I finished paying it on July 19th 2022 but as of today, I STILL keep receiving bills stating I need to pay for my prenatal appointments when I already paid them. The main phone line on the bill’s state I need to speak to the clinic and the clinic states I need to speak to “supervisor” Jose Amaro. Multiple “messages” have been left for this supervisor but I never get a call back. Every time I call he is either not at this clinic or busy and will “get back with me.” It is completely unprofessional and frustrating that a service I ALREADY PAID FOR is still being charged to me. It is a shame Dr Romo is with this clinic because he is an excellent doctor. Would not return to this poorly administrated clinic.

5 /5 sindi ochoa213: I want give him a 10 out of 10 I wanna personally say a big thank to DR,Antonio Romo and every single one of his staff members, He literally save my life i highly recommend dr.Romo he got down to the root of my problem, my husband and i are super great full we found not only any dr. But we found the best doctor in El Paso, if any of you women need to be check up in the women department i highly recommend you guys please go with him, he moves so fast once he detects a problem, being n in the social media it was very important for me to heel as soon as posible i go as “sindisbeautyglam” i am a micro beauty influencer and he did all that, he fix all my problems and by simply hearing it from his words say “thats it you are clear” omg that feeling i would never change him for nothing in the world, his the best doctor and he also has an amazing staff, thank you DR, Romo for clearing me. And most importantly don’t please don’t hesitate to schedule with him, for being a man am so sock how good he is he made sure to study all the women body thank you so much, and may god keep blessing you and your amazing team. Kathy Herrera: I am so disappointed. I have recently switched to umc west for my special needs son. He is a 23 year old. He is on oxygen, and in a wheel chair. He has seizure disorder and many other issues. We were late to our appointment today. I tried calling and calling. I could not get a hold of anyone to ask if it was ok if we were late. They kept sending me to a place where I’d have to put in an extension, which I don’t have. It is a big ordeal to get my son to an appointment. My husband takes off of work, we rearrange my son’s shower and daily routine to accommodate the appointment, I had to get child care for my newborn who I am breastfeeding exclusively. Our vehicle used to transport my son got stranded and we had to run and get a new battery. We still showed up to our appointment only to be rudely told we would be seen, but after everyone else had been seen. My son can’t be up in his wheel chair very long due to a protruding coccyx bone. I feel we were unfairly treated. They are not equipped or considerate enough to care for very special needs individuals.

Elizabeth Chavez: Poor poor clinic. Staff at the front desk is terrible. They don’t answer the phone, it takes me at the most MINIMUM 3 calls to get through and that’s on a non busy day, during peak times, your call never goes through you have to find an alternate number. A particular lady named Gina works in the front and says they will do things for you but don’t. She claimed she would update my personal information and phone number on my file but didn’t,. I had specialty services trying to reach me for my son but they couldn’t because she had the incorrect number in my profile after I had pointed out to her that they needed to fix it. Stay away from this clinic, worse services and staff. The ladies in the front claim they’re doing they’re job and taking phone calls but all they do is chit chat, take long lunch breaks and text on their phone with their super long nails. Very unprofessional, there’s no supervision. When you go make sure you write down your appt days and times because the ladies at the front don’t know how to do their job and will mess up your appts. Very inconsiderate of the staff not to inform patients when appointments are cancelled. Now if it was the other way around he would be charged a fee for not showing up.

Karstens Nicole (Nicole): This isn’t specifically about Haracec Complete Healthcare. I’ve never been there, but more so about one of the staff memebers at Haracec, Simone Rosson. She was at Hemisphere Behavioral. My son would see her twice a month. My husband and I were seeing signs of ADHD in my son and some behavioral issues. No one wants to admit there might be something wrong with your child so trusting someone else with your child and accepting that there might be something wrong is already hard enough. Simone was great. We trusted her. We were seeing some significant changes in our son. We had already seen Simone for almost 8 9 months approximately. My son was suppose to see Simone on the 4th of Feb and that was cancelled. His next appointment was suppose to be on the 20th of Feb and I got a call from the office informing me Simone no longer worked there if I wanted to schedule with someone else. No doubt Simone is great at what she does but to leave with no explanation what so ever. It took us a long time to admit and accept that my son needs help for her to just leave without saying anything. Seeing a therapist is all about trusting your therapist, confiding in your therapist to get the help you need so you can just leave without a word. At the end of the day all they care about is money to be able to afford your nice Mercedes.

She’s always made me feel comfortable, she’s straight forward & clear which I feel like is so important for a doctor. She makes it a point to not only take care and do what’s best for baby but for me as well. As a military spouse I’m blessed to have her for my last two babies ❤️

Mindy Hall: Dr. Ibrahim is a great doctor. Her staff is very attentive and helpful. When I have an emergency or really need to get an appointment they always try to get me in the same day. I love the Athena portal because I can keep track of all my things there and even send messages to the office and get a response back. Samantha Arriaga: Front staff was very rude, gave me a hard time about my insurance card after I already provided them the information over the phone. Ive been waiting 2 hours to be seen, and still no sign of any movement. I dont even know if Im checked in or not, and no one is at the desk to ask. I travel from las cruces to get better care, and as of right now I dont know which is better. The second star is solely for the purpose of Dr.Gallegos who referred me while in the Emergency room, and his services were amazing.
