Haracec Complete Healthcare - El Paso (TX)

3 /5 Karstens Nicole (Nicole): This isn’t specifically about Haracec Complete Healthcare. I’ve never been there, but more so about one of the staff memebers at Haracec, Simone Rosson. She was at Hemisphere Behavioral. My son would see her twice a month. My husband and I were seeing signs of ADHD in my son and some behavioral issues. No one wants to admit there might be something wrong with your child so trusting someone else with your child and accepting that there might be something wrong is already hard enough. Simone was great. We trusted her. We were seeing some significant changes in our son. We had already seen Simone for almost 8 9 months approximately. My son was suppose to see Simone on the 4th of Feb and that was cancelled. His next appointment was suppose to be on the 20th of Feb and I got a call from the office informing me Simone no longer worked there if I wanted to schedule with someone else. No doubt Simone is great at what she does but to leave with no explanation what so ever. It took us a long time to admit and accept that my son needs help for her to just leave without saying anything. Seeing a therapist is all about trusting your therapist, confiding in your therapist to get the help you need so you can just leave without a word. At the end of the day all they care about is money to be able to afford your nice Mercedes.

5 /5 joseph trillo: Over the years, I have seen several psychiatrists and taken every antidepressant approved by the FDA. I was blessed to come across Dr. Ugas practice. He and his staff have been a Godsend. Dr. Uga and his Nurse Practioner (Mrs.Uche) are patient and genuinely empathetic and have made a tremendous positive impact on my condition. They are the BEST mental health providers I have ever had.

5 /5 Ray ojeda: I came here for my VA C&P exam and Uga did a great job of listening to my mental health issues and completing my exam. Highly recommend for veterans.

1 /5 Korinna Ladaga: Worse experience ever first of all they forgot that I was waiting to see the doctor. Asked the secretary if my appointment really was at 2:40 and to have them say "she" the doctor over looked my chart. Paid fifty dollars to be in a way room for an hour and to be with the doctorl for not even ten minutes and the whole ten minutes all shes saying is she sorry she overlooked me.and rushed me out. She didnt even ask if I wanted to stay for the whole session she just brushed me off

5 /5 Walker Tracy (PhD Tracy Walker): Ive meant to do a review on this place a during my visit. My provider was awesome. He educated me on my condition and changed my mind about my hard formed opinions about medications. I saw my provider on time. There was no long wait. The staff was friendly and greeted me with smiles. Thank you.
