5 /5 Rebecca Skinner: This was the best visit to the dentist Ive had. Their service was fast and thorough. The people were kind and knowledgeable. They were patient with me when it took a while for me to make decisions. I was allowed to take a family member back into my appointment. As someone with agoraphobia, this was a great comfort.

5 /5 Inubaka C: Great experience! Professional and calming atmosphere. Had a tooth extraction done 7/10 and felt absolutely nothing during the process. Three days later and feeling much better compared to the massive toothache I was experiencing for a week. Dr. Perez listened to me when I told him I wanted to pull the tooth out, even at 9 months pregnant. I highly recommend this office. Everything was great!

Tyler Oral & Facial Surgery, Oral Surgeon - Tyler J M: Most professional. Take you serious no matter your circumstances or background. This is how people should treat people-everyday. Its not difficult to see that they have respect for their patients. Going to these types of places can be good for some people but for some its not always great news. They make it the best possible experience they can for you meaning they care about your feelings. You have to care and show concern about people in order to make someone feel okay about hearing not so good news. Really good humans and excellent care too.
Aspen Dental - Tyler, TX - Tyler Cameron McDow: I had a tooth break Friday evening and I was really anxious and upset. I have very bad dental anxiety and past trauma from having a broken tooth in the past. I got on Aspen’s website and was able to book an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They called me to verify that my insurance was accepted there and confirmed my appointment for Monday. Then Monday morning when I got there at 7, they got me back and did my X-rays, an exam and gave me an estimate very quickly. My dental insurance did cover a lot but for a root canal and a crown the price was truly very reasonable. They were very very kind to work me in for my root canal and crown that same morning because I was luckily able to pay that same morning as well. They did the X-rays, exam, root canal, crown and a cleaning and had me out at 11am. Every person I spoke with went out of their way to make sure I fully understand all of the potential possibilities, they made sure I understood the procedure and they went out of their way to help me get my procedure done as quickly as possible. They were all incredibly kind and professional, they were all very helpful and explained everything they were doing in detail and they made my experience truly the best possible experience I could have had in my situation. I had read mixed reviews and was very anxious but every person I worked with was wonderful and so far I am not experiencing any issues from my procedure. But they were also clear that there were risks and possibilities things might not go perfectly of course - just like with any procedure. I could not possibly have been happier with my visit, if I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I will continue to return and recommend them to anyone ever seeking dental care. Thank you all so so much from the bottom of my heart for being the reason that my situation - that could have gone very differently and very poorly - went as positively as I could have hoped. LOVE love this place!
