Monica Miller I scheduled an appointment to have my permanent retainer rebonded as the wire had come off. Dr. Coker and his staff knew what I was needing done and upon arriving at the appointment I was soon told that Dr. Coker wants me to go to an orthodontist to have it rebonded because he hasnt done it in ten years. His staff is very nice and even answered the office phone when they were out of the office last week but I should have been told over the phone prior to me taking off work to attend the appointment that he wanted me to go to someone that does this procedure daily with them knowing exactly what I was needing done when I called.

H Figueira Dr. Coker is very pleasant, patient and so is his staff. He takes the time to explain everything to you. He adjusted my bite due to the migraines that I was experiencing daily. At first I was skeptical. But after a few adjustments and a mouth guard that I wear at night, I don’t get the daily migraines. I drove 2 hours to see Dr. Coker, he is amazing. I highly recommend him.

Ann Fedell Dr Gray has been our family dentist for years. He is kind and understanding, esp of the working class schedules. His office has a family atmosphere and his receptionist always asks takes time to ask about the family and how everyone is doing. Going to the dentist can bring anxiety, but they all go the extra mile to make the experience less intimidating than it could be. I highly recommend his office to anyone looking for more than just a quick fix.

C CT Dr. Gray accepts the Christus Health Advantage Plan for Seniors, which is a huge plus. His office was kind and helpful in taking care of my 82-yr old mother who has cancer. She needed a panoramic X-ray as part of her exam. They didnt have a technician available so arranged a panoramic X-ray at a local office for the same day. It was simple and easy thanks to Dr. Grays staff.

I have had some past traumatic dental experiences and was very pleased with how everyone at the office was very welcoming and made you feel comfortable as soon as you walked through the door. Jocelyne Mosby Manager Tiffany and the team were awesome! My son had a broken back tooth, they scheduled him quickly and had time to fix it right then and there! They also offer financial assistance! The quote was very affordable but I did not have it all, Tiffany said no problem! Here we can see if you are approved through one of our financial options we have to offer and within seconds I was pre approved. I was able to have it all done in one day and my son can be pain free. The Dr who did the procedure was very communicative and up front. He didnt try to hide anything or try to beat around the bush. I love that! At one point I could tell my son was in pain during the procedure and I couldnt go back there, the nurse saw i was worried and felt very bad he was bsck their by himself so she went and checked on him for me and reassured me it was the pressure and he was almost done! If I could give 10 stars I totally would! I highly recommend prime dental to anyone!

Mary Foreman We love Mosaic Dental - they take the time to listen to concerns, thoroughly review all dental issues and are gentle and caring when it comes to resolving any issues. When it comes to caring for our children, they are low invasive, great at educating on mouth care and are very encouraging which helps our children want to take better care of their teeth! We love that they are proactive in gently correcting orthodontia needs at an early age while their bones are still growing, reducing the extent of invasive orthodontic care as they get older. Highly recommend!!!

Joy McHargue Mosaic offers the gentle care that I need. The option for ozone during treatments is another appreciated perk. The staff are gentle, careful, not hurried which puts me at ease. Dr. Gillespie offers options that are effective, minimally invasive, and less expensive than other dentists that I have had in the area. Weve been going to Mosaic (formerly Azalea) for years and will continue. I recommend the annual plan.

Leigha Sheridan Mosaic Dental went above and beyond to meet all of our needs exceptionally well. We were referred to their practice for my newborns severe lip and tongue tie through our pediatrician. Erin is their LC who sat down with us at the initial consultation to discuss in detail the pre-op and post op care and why it’s all important. She did body work before the procedure, they explain the procedure thoroughly and give you the option to be in the room (which was super important to me). We followed up with 2 post op appointments to continue body work and make sure we were healing appropriately. Everyone I had an encounter with was super friendly, I never felt rushed, and I truly felt my child was cared for as well as an important priority as any patient should be. We cannot say enough positive things about this practice. We will be back for our pediatric dental appointments soon!

I have seen two dentists who pushed unnecessary procedures, so honesty is a heightened focus for me.. Dr. Brock’s office looks to do the least invasive options first. I trust this teams’ judgment and honesty. They have cleaned my teeth for years, and put in a crown. All work has been done to a high standard.

Diane Tedder I have been a loyal customer for 30 years. I had a tooth extracted 5 weeks ago, during the procedure, the tooth was broken and pieces of the tooth were left in my jaw. I came back to have the left over pieces removed, one piece was removed poorly but there was no thorough inspection to ensure all pieces were removed. Since the second office visit, Ive felt extreme pain in my jaw radiating to my ear and down my neck because of the pieces that were missed during the first and second procedure. I have called the office and emergency number multiple times and left messages. No one has returned my calls. Im extremely unhappy with the way this office has handled this issue and will be searching for a new doctor if the issue is not resolved appropriately.

Kiko I called this dentist this morning trying to make an appointment because I was suffering from severe tooth pain from a back tooth that needed to be pulled. They told us to come in as soon as possible and they would see what they could do. We got there and were helped almost immediately.
