Everyone was kind and helpful and ensured that I had everything I needed and more. If any issues were identified by the monitor attached to me, someone was there to check on me and take care of it before I knew there was an issue. I felt like I got the best care possible and would highly recommend Texas Health Hospital Mansfield. I wish I had a list of all the nurses and techs so I could thank each one specifically.
Nyeshea Skipwith was my day nurse for 3 days. She took excellent care of me. Im sure she had a full case load but she was there any time I needed her to take care of whatever I needed. She chased down doctors to get answers for me and helped me get information I needed, made sure I got medications when I needed them, and helped me with anything I needed. She checked on me often to make sure I was doing OK. I dont think anyone could have done a better job than she did.
Baylor Scott & White Family Medicine - Fort Worth - Fort Worth JustBeingHonest: Dr. Meredith is the best doctor I have ever been to. She is so kind and patient and listens to your concerns and questions. She doesn’t ever make you feel rushed even when they are rushed themselves. I can’t recommend a better place to go. The entire staff is phenomenal. The whole place is clean and quick. I’m never waiting in the waiting room or in line long at all. I don’t see many people having to wait long while I’m in there they constantly have the place flowing. I recommend this office.
USMD Health System - Fort Worth Zachariah Spencer: The doctors and nurse practitioners have all been caring, kind, and mostly helpful. When I only had annual checkups to worry about there was never an issue.
Recently I have had some more complex medical concerns that required third party imaging and follow ups and a regular communication with my doctor. This is impossible with this office as other reviews have echoed here. They have no way to reach the office and all calls are routed to an external call center line where I have had very few good experiences. The call center folk are impatient, impersonal, transactional, and at times they seem to be intentionally unhelpful just to rush you off the line. The best they can do even if they (on rare occasion) want to help you is leave a message for the doctor and ask them to call you back which understandably your results may vary there. I’ve been hung up on for simply trying to understand and ask questions about this system and I’ve been spoken down to for asking if there was any way I could speak to my doctor directly. I barely ever write reviews but this is one of the most flawed relationship management systems I’ve ever seen at any business of any kind.
JPS Medical Home Southeast Tarrant - Arlington Shelia oliver Stidam: Went into the location trying to get husband paper work filled out after a two week run and everyone sending me and telling me everything wrong...smh But today there were someone who knew her job made us feel as though we mattered she went beyond for us! Ms. Xochitl Was Amazing she makes a difference and I hope that she is always sitting at the information both in the sunflower room2. Need more like her that loves what she does! She definitely understands her assignment! Most of all shows her love to paintings I witnessed it for myself no one entered while I sat there and was disappointed!
MHMR of Tarrant County - Fort Worth Gruuzmb Ivvw: I enjoy coming to this location they are great, they always make sure Im well taken care of. The waiting process for intake can be kind of long but its worth waiting for as the services received are awesome.
the employees are amazing they are so nice and treat you with respect as well so thats a plus. I especially enjoy coming in to this location because alondra at the front desk is super nice and helpful and also greets me by name which makes my trip there more enjoyable as its more personal and Im not treated as or seen as a crazy loon. Lol well, thanks alondra.. and staff yall are amazing!

Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care - fort worth - Fort Worth Myiesha Young: Absolutely love using this urgent care when our family need to be seen quickly. The staff are always quick, friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the receptionist today for going above and beyond making our little girl feel comfortable. She is always energetic, and has a great personality. To the amazing NP Rachel for being friendly and efficient. Also to Elle, MA for always having a smile and willing to help. This is a great location to visit if you need something quick.
JPS Patient Care Pavilion - Fort Worth Yoshi H: I was trying to book an appointment for a later date and the lady that was picking up the phone today on November 16 2024 around 4:00pm was yelling at me saying “THEY ARE CLOSED” “THEY ARE CLOSED TODAY IT IS SATURDAY” “THEY ARE CLOSED” every time I was trying to tell her I wanted to book a future appointment. I was so respectful and I was being yelled at for no reason. Find better workers to answer the phone.
Female Health Associates of North Texas: Jeffrey M Hantes, DO - Fort Worth Crystal Johns: Dr. Hantes is, without a doubt, one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. As a patient, experienced RN, and an NP student who has trained under him, I’ve seen firsthand just how knowledgeable, skilled, and detail-oriented he is.
As a patient, I always felt completely comfortable and confident in his care. He listened to my concerns and made sure I understand all my options.
As a student, I had the rare opportunity to see his expertise from the other side of the drape. His teaching has given me a much deeper understanding of women’s health, not just from a clinical perspective, but from a human one. I’ve watched patients come in nervous or embarrassed, and he has a way of putting them at ease. He explains each possible treatment and giving them the power to make informed choices about their health. That kind of care and respect is rare, and it’s something I’ll carry with me in my own practice.
His team is just as incredible. Misty, Leann, and Diana are kind, welcoming, and truly skilled at what they do. From the front desk to the back office, they make sure everything runs smoothly while making patients feel valued and comfortable.
Because of my experience with him, I refer all my female friends, family, and clients to Dr. Hantes without hesitation. He’s the best. I’m beyond grateful for both the care and education I’ve received from him!
