1 /5 Vladimer Purtskhvanidze: Never never never , they quoted me 2hr of labor , 150/h and they got 2 tires for ford truck which supposed to be 460$ . They came took tires from truck . And it took them 4.5 hours to bring me tires. Work they do on truck was maximum 1hr . They gave me total bill 1600$ which is more than double . Skinny guy was rude to my driver too . Do not even think to deal with them . I asked them to give me receipt for tires they wrote up some funny invoice . They hide keys from us and forced us to make 1400$ , they brought me 2 tires . And labor took 1hr , I wish I can give 0

Amanda Anthony: Brought my car here in person asked if they worked on mini coopers they assured me they did so I bought a tow truck to get it there. I called several times and they assured me someone would “look at it today” several times. After about a week came in person because it had become impossible to get ahold of ANYONE in the shop. The attitude we were met with was unbelievably rude. Turns out they took my skid plate off and decided they would not even look at the car any further. We took the car to another mechanic and they didn’t give us the screws for the skid plate so we attempted to call several times to get them back and they said somebody put them somewhere and they couldn’t find them. This place was highly recommended to me and I’m very disappointed with the way we were treated and the lack of communication while in possession of my car.

Seth Thomas, in particular, is incredibly knowledgeable and possesses the analytical equipment necessary to resolve even the most complicated electrical issues. It turned out the main culprit was the Transmission Control Module, but he also uncovered several other underlying problems with the car that well need to address, issues that other shops were completely unaware of. I had a very good experience with Red Barn Automotive Specialists and truly felt like I was in capable hands, especially after getting no answers from other places. I would definitely recommend them!
