Paul Ruffo Amazing experience at Texarkana Motors this past weekend. Bassar made provisions so that he could do a last minute, full inspection on a BMW vehicle we were purchasing (we live 2.5 hours away). His attention to detail, knowledge of BMW vehicles, and customer care are all commendable. I plan on driving our vehicles out to him for future preventive maintenance. BMW owners looking for a great Indy shop...here it is! Id give him a 10 star review if I could.

Mindy Faith Zwirn Im an Army Brat with trust issues. When I move into an area, I hate having to guess who is going to treat me right and who is going to try to take advantage of me. I found the tire place on 67 years ago when I first moved here, and I would never go anywhere else. So naturally, when I needed someone to look at a mechanical problem I was having, I just asked them. They pointed right next door. Chris was completely no-nonsense. He got into the car, identified the problem, had it fixed and didnt overcharge me or try to "find" other problems. I will definitely be going back. It feels so good to have an answer to that question "where can I find a good mechanic?" in Texarkana. :)

Noelle Brazell I did not have a vehicle serviced here, but I did run out of gas and had to pull into their driveway to avoid getting hit in the road. A few minutes later a wonderful gentleman offered to put some gas in my car he had for his lawn mower. He and a few other gentlemen helped and made sure I safely got back on the road. None of these men asked for payment, but just wanted to lend a helping hand to a stranger in need. I am so blessed to see there are still good and genuine people in this world! Vladimer Purtskhvanidze Never never never , they quoted me 2hr of labor , 150/h and they got 2 tires for ford truck which supposed to be 460$ . They came took tires from truck . And it took them 4.5 hours to bring me tires. Work they do on truck was maximum 1hr . They gave me total bill 1600$ which is more than double . Skinny guy was rude to my driver too . Do not even think to deal with them . I asked them to give me receipt for tires they wrote up some funny invoice . They hide keys from us and forced us to make 1400$ , they brought me 2 tires . And labor took 1hr , I wish I can give 0

Christopher Fielding Orr has always shot straight with me. Theyre polite and respectful. Is like to see a little more "hop to" when they are moving vehicles through whrn the workload is light. However, when they are super busy, they do show urgency.

Charles Stone Takes almost 2 weeks to install 1 sensor and they have no heavy duty loaner trucks. Truck wasnt even 3 weeks old and it started having problems, they never changed the oil in the truck but insisted they did. So I guess when you get an oil change from this place their new, clean oil is black as all get out. I wont ever do business here again.

Jason Basham STOP...think twice before having this service department perform any kind of work on your car. They replaced a diff carrier on my car last year. The "world class tech" as Brandon described him, failed to properly torque the bolts and did not install the locking tabs correctly when connecting the axle shaft. It was poor workmanship on their part and they are unwilling to own up to it. As a result, I am stuck with a $1200 repair bill, tow truck bill, and inconvenienced by not having a car for days.

Kevin Cook Now Valvoline. It was ok. Had a wait of about 20 minutes before they could start and it took about 20 minutes. More expensive than it should be. Was $115 with a $25 coupon I found when I was googling the place. Full Synthetic for BMW 3 Series V6. Walmart is $55 (although they wont change the oil on a car with an electronic dipstick) other places average $79-$95 but I was already 25 minutes in (After waiting in line) before I was told a price. Invoice doesnt make sense. One Charge for 6.9 Quarts of Oil which is what the car uses and then an additional $18.95 for Extra Oil? Would have been $140 without coupon. I doubt Ill be back. They were nice at least.

Kristen Martin these hours are wrong!! Mr. Speedy is open Monday-Friday 8:00 -5:30 and Saturday 8:00-2:00 no appt. first come first serve !! They do super fast oil changes, tune ups, brakes, diagnostics, ac repair/freon, fluid services on trans. and differential!!! THEY ARE AWESOME!!

Kejuan Holmes I paid for my mother car to get out of the shop. I was told about $456.40. I got home look at my card amount and notice they took almost $20 extra off my card. So when I called to ask about the extra charge the guy was offended by me asking right off the back then tells me he didnt charge me . All I wanted to know was why they took an extra $20 off my card. So I asked him couldnt they had told me they was gonna charge me and Xtra 20 or allegedly me ising a card I would had went to the bank got cash or a ATM. I didnt deserve the anal side of this guy for calling and asking a simple qurstion i probably wont dral woth them ever again. .

We were taken to Anderson, and Brandon quickly found the problem. He had us back on the road quickly with a reasonable cost! Were devoted fans!

Alexa Garlington I never write reviews, but after the experience I had here, I needed to come and give them 5 stars. My car broke down on the side of the interstate early into a 15 hour drive and no auto shops would even take a look at it. I could tell Andersons was busy too, as cars were packed in the parking lot. But they got me in right away and it ended up being a simple issue that took little time to fix. If they wouldnt have taken me in, I would have been stuck in the area over the weekend. Very down to earth, kind people that know what theyre doing. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank yall again for saving me in a rough patch !

After all, they tell me you dont owe money, so would I have to pay for giving me the car in worse condition? They have no responsibility to show their faces and confront their poor services. Price was well within reason and there werent any "hidden" or "unexpected" repairs, it was all extremely straightforward. Highly recommend if you want the work done right.
