I want to highlight the work of the service coordinators, these people work extremely hard for a ruthless and unrewarding managing staff. Its obvious money is the only driving goal at this company, I wouldnt want my loved one to be represented by these kinds of people.

4 /5 Tammy Mize: Would give 5 stars as everyone there are very nice. But there have been many mistakes made on their end. And as a result the family member that needs assistance from them still hasnt received the assistance they need yet. Still trying to get them to correct their mistake to get the family member the help they need from them as they promised & said they would do. Will update rating when theres something to update.

5 /5 Hall Dustin Louis (BIG DOG): Been receiving service since I was a youth and the MHMRA place was called Riceland for behavioral reasons and Medical Mental Health issues I been hearing Voices all my life and this great place has a history of Helping me get right and back on track with treatment for a Beautiful Blessed Life with my problems and I pray that everyone who knows someone with issues in their life takes them to get screened and treated with best countywide treatment for all no matter abilities to pay or get meds or therapy a great place to get back in control of life or behavior issues stay blessed everyone I still receive treatment till today year 2024 stay positive and help someone in need

5 /5 Rose Rooke: Ive gone there for a few years now, and I must say they are so awesome, very prompt and very professional, I like it when they escort me around instead of just roaming back to the level. Bottom line.... theyre great!

1 /5 Norma Cordova: Honestly, one of the worst care providers for child development. I want start of by saying the set up for this program is terrible. Three individuals in a 10 x 7 room all talking at once trying to get you out of the door. All out of coordination with processes established and lack of empathy for the mothers that are seeking help. While all spoke at once and attempted to test my child at the same time in the same room. I couldn’t even hear my self; much less my child. Complete poor and rushed preliminary assessment by the team. I left deflated and disappointed with this place. At the moment I enrolled for the program but after visiting a true speech development therapist we decided to opt out. They genuinely took the time to test my child the correct way and he passed gross and motor test with flying colors. They have set up a good solid plan to help my son with speech and overall treatment was beyond amazing. For any new mothers or concerned mothers. RUN from this place - won’t give you a true assessment or solid plan. I will be filing a formal complaint.
