D Dudley: I am so thankful to have landed at Ft Bend Rheumatology! Dr Hernandez was recommended by several friends and is very thorough and listens patiently. The office staff are welcoming and the lab and Physical Therapy are both onsite. Mary, PT is very conscientious and encouraging. I could not be happier with the progress I have made in PT.
Courtney Sauceda: I have never been taken care of more diligently and been around more caring nurses and staff in my life. This hospital truly cares about its patients and I feel so blessed to have found such an incredible place to go in very unfortunate circumstances. The level of care and compassion for the patients is top notch and I travel for work so I have seen tons of hospitals but never to this level of care and support.
Nina: I am writing to share my concerns regarding my experiences at the Womens Hospital, specifically related to the behavior of the front desk staff and the overall patient care. Each time I have visited, I have encountered the same receptionist, a woman with glasses, who has consistently been unprofessional and rude. Her dismissive and snarky attitude has been evident on multiple occasions, whether in person or when Iāve tried to reach the hospital by phone.
The phone staff also exhibits a similar lack of courtesy, which has only added to my frustration. However, my most recent visit was the tipping point. While sitting in the patient room for over 30 minutes, no one came back to check on me, which felt like a disregard for my time and well-being.
Furthermore, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency when it comes to billing. It seems that charges are not clearly communicated beforehand, and I receive unexpected bills in the mail without any prior explanation. The hospitalās approach to patient appointments feels more like an assembly line, with little attention paid to the individual care and experience of each patient.
Given these repeated experiences, I will not be returning to this facility. I also intend to address this matter with the hospitalās leadership to ensure that other patients do not have to face similar issues. There should be no excuse for unprofessional behavior, especially when it comes to the care of oneās health.
Rachel Hernandez: ive been going here for over a decade and they are notorious for NOT answering the phone. The ladies there are older and they run the front desk the way they wish for many years now.....and yes, im that person who calls back to back for 20-30mins straight until they answer. Its something that I just deal with and I dont get upset anymore.....hopefully they retire soon.
Michael Lagas: Ive been going to Rosenberg Vet Clinic since I was a little boy, and now I am 50, Dr. HESTER was the BEST of the BEST. Anna Moseley, one of the new vets, did an AWESOME job in diagnosis of my cat and treating her. She was very helpful and answered every question I asked. THANK YOU, Mrs. Moseley!!!
Mindi Sanders: Ft Bend Dental says "their main focus is to provide exceptional care for our community" and they do just that! I had my first visit to Ft Bend Dental in Rosenberg today and it was top notch from the moment I walked in the doors until I checked out! All the staff was exceptional and professional and Claudia was wonderful and deserves a raise - :)! Give it a try! You wont be disappointed!
