The office staff are welcoming and the lab and Physical Therapy are both onsite. Mary, PT is very conscientious and encouraging. I could not be happier with the progress I have made in PT.

5 /5 A. J. the original one: I’m so grateful to be treated by Dr J. Hernandez once again . I was a patient of Dr Hernandez during the time of 2008 and 2009. He still possess the same “UP-RIGHT CHARACTER “ this present day as he displayed back in 2008-09. The other thing that impressed me about Dr Hernandez here it is some 15 to 16 years later and he remembered my medical problems….. so as for myself I feel that I’m in good hands with him as my specialist doctor, and any of his patients SHOULD FEEL The SAME. As for the staff, I’ve always been greeted as I walked in door, and today I was also greeted by name. Thanks gratitude to the Gentleman that took me to room. Gratitude goes out to Elena Wallace-PAC whom listened to me today very attentive ( Thanks) , Gratitude goes out to Kerdra for acknowledging me today. I’m surely, surely very-grateful to Lisa whom helped me get my insurance through so I could start seeing Dr Hernandez as a patient once again. So experiences at Fort Bend Rheumatology Associates has been nothing less than positive, as a result I’m feeling “positive” and “grateful”.

He has always provided me with awesome information, several treatment plan options that would work best for my health issues, as well as communicating with my extended team of specialty physicians to ensure I am receiving the best care. In addition, Ms. Lauren Walker, PA-C has provided me with phenomenal care, as well as the ENTIRE administrative staff. Nina: I am writing to share my concerns regarding my experiences at the Womens Hospital, specifically related to the behavior of the front desk staff and the overall patient care. Each time I have visited, I have encountered the same receptionist, a woman with glasses, who has consistently been unprofessional and rude. Her dismissive and snarky attitude has been evident on multiple occasions, whether in person or when I’ve tried to reach the hospital by phone. The phone staff also exhibits a similar lack of courtesy, which has only added to my frustration. However, my most recent visit was the tipping point. While sitting in the patient room for over 30 minutes, no one came back to check on me, which felt like a disregard for my time and well-being. Furthermore, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency when it comes to billing. It seems that charges are not clearly communicated beforehand, and I receive unexpected bills in the mail without any prior explanation. The hospital’s approach to patient appointments feels more like an assembly line, with little attention paid to the individual care and experience of each patient. Given these repeated experiences, I will not be returning to this facility. I also intend to address this matter with the hospital’s leadership to ensure that other patients do not have to face similar issues. There should be no excuse for unprofessional behavior, especially when it comes to the care of one’s health.

Rachel Hernandez: ive been going here for over a decade and they are notorious for NOT answering the phone. The ladies there are older and they run the front desk the way they wish for many years now.....and yes, im that person who calls back to back for 20-30mins straight until they answer. Its something that I just deal with and I dont get upset anymore.....hopefully they retire soon.

Clemente Aguillon: Service extremely poor! They attend a patient like every hour. I was told that I was gonna wait a little since I didnt have an appointment but not for hours. I got to the clinic at 9 am waited more than an hour and after that hour a patient came out, a patient that wasnt even there when I arrived to clinic! So another patient went and I was supposed to be next but to make sure I asked the receptionist if I was next to the one that just went in and she replied (not very nicely) "no, theres another patient with an appointment" so after waiting for an hour 15 mnts, and seeing that they would take in a patient after more than an hour passed, I decided to leave and look for another clinic. Shame on this clinic staff! Their waiting time its imposible! 4 hours I figured for a non appointment patient. I wouldnt recommend this clinic to no one!

I had my first visit to Ft Bend Dental in Rosenberg today and it was top notch from the moment I walked in the doors until I checked out! All the staff was exceptional and professional and Claudia was wonderful and deserves a raise - :)! Give it a try! You wont be disappointed!

This is our 2nd visit at Dr. Gonzalezs office, he seemed very knowledgeable and understanding. During our 1st visit, he had medical intern with him and he was very detailed oriented and it seemed like he was doing this because he loved what he was doing and not solely for the money.
