Brandy J: Absolutely amazing!!! No shame, no judgment, no anxiety, no pain. I went in and had a tooth extraction. Even though this appointment was scheduled, I had a few questions the day of. Dr. B took his time to answer them with care. I didnt feel rushed. The nurse was amazing. I opted for the IV. Having rolling veins can be difficult. To ease the pain I was given gas. To ease swelling I was given a shot. Ive never been to a dentist like this before. I will never go to anyone else but Hedgecock. Though Im North the drive is worth it. Who would have thought going to the dentist would be a great experience. They surpassed all wants and expectations. Thank you Hedgecock!!

Andrea Mendoza: Stay away! Originally came for dental work in November. My credit card was swiped twice for the same charge because the receptionist says it didnt go through the 1st time but it did! It is now March and its still NOT resolved. Every time I make an appointment, the front desk girls put me down for a follow up instead on what I originally needed.. Ex: deep cleaning & extractions. Which require much more time with the dentist than just a follow up. Then the dentist doesnt have the time work on me so I get turned away. Brident fails to call their patients when they need to be rescheduled. I have came to the office 4 times for a deep cleaning. 4 times!!! Each time I was told.. "Oh, someone should have called & left a voicemail to reschedule you." I have not received one single voicemail from Brident. This is beyond frustrating. I am taking off from work to be here for my appointments. I am losing money. The entire system here is broken. I have already pre-paid $1200 for my dental work that they cant seem to finish.

Ms Angelika was awesome and super nice to me. She guide me through all the details and she was also super gentle with my teeth.
