I live 1.5 hours north of Austin and I still choose to use them for their expertise to help me with my dental needs! You should too!

As someone who’s spent a lifetime in and out of dental offices across the state, I can confidently say this practice is top-tier. The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, making my visit truly pleasant. From the moment I walked in, their warmth and expertise stood out, creating a comfortable and stress-free environment. Thank you to everyone at Smile Haus Medical Parkway for providing such outstanding care and a fantastic experience. I’ll be recommending this office to everyone!

1 /5 Victoria Zhang: The dentists here are generally great at what they do, but I would NOT recommend this practice to my friends or family. The patient experience I experienced here was absolutely horrific. I had a CBCT scan done in November 2024 because of abnormalities in my routine dental xrays. I contacted the office over a dozen times because I never heard back from them on the results of the scan. I was repeatedly told that they would "get back to me by the end of the day" and never got a response until I would call back the next few days or so and get the same thing told to me. At some point, they told me the Dr is out on vacation and to check back in the following month. I did and the same thing happened again where I had to call multiple times before they finally came back to me and said actually that Dr isnt the one who can look at the results - it was a different Dr who needed to review it. So basically they had me run around for NEARLY 3 MONTHS to only tell me I had to wait again because they got the wrong Dr. When they finally got the correct Dr to look at it in Feb, I got almost no education or information about what they saw in the scan. All they wanted to do was refer me out to a surgeon. When I requested additional info to know what service treatment I should be asking for or what was seen in the scan, they told me "everything you need to know is in the referral". Which is not true because the surgeons I reached out to said they needed more info to know whats going on. Because they would not provide additional info, I was left with trying to get the CBCT scan so the surgeons could review it themselves. But I was told this would cost me an additional $400. Absolutely insane. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating. To this day of writing, I still have no idea what specifically was seen in the scan, how serious the issue is, or what treatment Im supposed to seek. If youre a patient, I would look elsewhere. If youre staff, you need to do better and re-evaluate your operations

2 /5 Sarah Schieffer Riehl: Neither the entrance nor the parking lot is wheelchair accessible. I asked the staff to change this on the Google listing a few months ago, and they havent. I have explained several times that although a building can be grandfathered into local building codes, there is no such thing as grandfathered into the ADA. Although its possible for me to get up three cracked steps with wobbly handrails and pull my chair up after me, Im tired and frustrated. The temporary ramp they have provided is ~4x steeper than the legal slope, and I have fallen and hit my head trying to go up it. This business and their landlord are casually upholding segregation, and theyre lucky I dont have the resources to sue them. Given the state of the stairs and the handrails, its only a matter of time before someone with more resources gets hurt and takes them to court. Although my experience with the dentistry services over the years has been generally positive, they are more interested in doing nothing than in taking my money in exchange for dental services. If things change, Ill amend this review, but Im not holding my breath anymore.

5 /5 Steve Graeber: This place is the best dental experience I’ve had in a while. The staff is professional and friendly. Scheduling, insurance, and all of the procedures have gone incredibly smooth and I really enjoy coming here (as much as anyone can enjoy going to a dentist). The dentist was VERY gentle with me and I even forgot that I had work done after an hour - because it was almost zero discomfort after a filling. I was impressed by this! I recommend them fully.
