I called to set up an appointment for a long awaited tooth ache and the response time was quick. She seen me asap and took care of the issue with no problem and even pointed out other things to better my teeth. She also worked with me on coming to an agreement on payments due to my quick notice and bad pain. I would 10/10 recommend this place and it’s also a professional environment. Big Thanks to you all

Andrea Mendoza: Stay away! Originally came for dental work in November. My credit card was swiped twice for the same charge because the receptionist says it didnt go through the 1st time but it did! It is now March and its still NOT resolved. Every time I make an appointment, the front desk girls put me down for a follow up instead on what I originally needed.. Ex: deep cleaning & extractions. Which require much more time with the dentist than just a follow up. Then the dentist doesnt have the time work on me so I get turned away. Brident fails to call their patients when they need to be rescheduled. I have came to the office 4 times for a deep cleaning. 4 times!!! Each time I was told.. "Oh, someone should have called & left a voicemail to reschedule you." I have not received one single voicemail from Brident. This is beyond frustrating. I am taking off from work to be here for my appointments. I am losing money. The entire system here is broken. I have already pre-paid $1200 for my dental work that they cant seem to finish.

The Doctor was nice when making specific recommendations for dental guards, and even wrote some take home instructions for after care on a notepad for me. Aside from having a great attitude, I think taking those small extra steps goes a really long way to making patients feel comfortable. The facility was very nice and clean as well. I could be a little biased since it’s less than 5 minutes away. The convenience and information the staff provided is too good to not give them a try. Great location. Looking forward to my next visits!
