1 /5 Mariola: Do not get your haircut by Serena, she messed up my hair pretty bad. I asked for a pretty simple haircut and my hair got butchered. A little above the shoulder cut and straight across, no layers nothing extra special or hard to do. Yet my hair is uneven is so many places, I wanted to warn others so they don’t have their hair messed up like mine. I did reach out to her and let her know, she did refund my money and offered to fix it but I can’t take that chance again since I can at least put it up for now and hide it until I can find someone who can actually fix it.

Claire Higginbotham: Beware! I called the stylist Gaby for a quote. She said she charges anywhere from $125 to $200, depending on my hair. When I arrived she then said it would be $280 for a partial highlight. For reference, my hair is only a little past my shoulder in length. I told she I could only spend $200, per our conversation. She said okay. Then as I went to pay, she then stated that it will now be $230. I asked why and she said it’s because she didn’t mix enough product the first time. I then had no choice but to pay this amount. This is a very dishonest way of running a business and she should be ashamed of the way she runs her business. Oh, and she never even offered to curl or style it. I walked out with semi damp hair. I went straight home afterwards. FYI, it’s been 2 weeks and my hair is fried! I can barely brush it. I’m almost 50 and have never had this happen to my hair.
