Victoria Zhang The dentists here are generally great at what they do, but I would NOT recommend this practice to my friends or family. The patient experience I experienced here was absolutely horrific. I had a CBCT scan done in November 2024 because of abnormalities in my routine dental xrays. I contacted the office over a dozen times because I never heard back from them on the results of the scan. I was repeatedly told that they would "get back to me by the end of the day" and never got a response until I would call back the next few days or so and get the same thing told to me. At some point, they told me the Dr is out on vacation and to check back in the following month. I did and the same thing happened again where I had to call multiple times before they finally came back to me and said actually that Dr isnt the one who can look at the results - it was a different Dr who needed to review it. So basically they had me run around for NEARLY 3 MONTHS to only tell me I had to wait again because they got the wrong Dr. When they finally got the correct Dr to look at it in Feb, I got almost no education or information about what they saw in the scan. All they wanted to do was refer me out to a surgeon. When I requested additional info to know what service treatment I should be asking for or what was seen in the scan, they told me "everything you need to know is in the referral". Which is not true because the surgeons I reached out to said they needed more info to know whats going on. Because they would not provide additional info, I was left with trying to get the CBCT scan so the surgeons could review it themselves. But I was told this would cost me an additional $400. Absolutely insane. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating. To this day of writing, I still have no idea what specifically was seen in the scan, how serious the issue is, or what treatment Im supposed to seek. If youre a patient, I would look elsewhere. If youre staff, you need to do better and re-evaluate your operations

Melody Glynn I was searching for a friendly and honest dentist for a while and Aqua Dental was exactly what I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Pradeep was not only kind and patient but also took the time to educate me about my oral health and the best ways to care for my teeth. I required several fillings and typically dread the process, but my experience at Aqua Dental was completely different, with minimal discomfort during and after the procedures. I will be returning to Aqua Dental for all of my future dental needs!

Sam Griswold Im 75 years old, and so have seen dentists hundreds of times. Dr. Saez and Dental Tech-Assistant, Pablo, (and the administrative staff here) are wonderful. Dr. Saez and DT-A Pablo have found and filled several cavities, capped three cracked teeth, exrayed my teeth, provided mouth guards (I asked for two) to protect my teeth from grinding at night, etc. The experience(s) have all been great. Dr. Saez and his assistant Pablo listen, ask questions, are patient and dont hurry, explain, and know what they are doing, instilling faith and comfort in me. I highly recommend them and their great team. And I find the price quite reasonable.

Angela Bell I dont currently have a primary dentist, but I was experiencing a toothache that needed immediate attention. After finding this place through a quick Google search and seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. Fortunately, they were able to fit me in for an appointment the same day. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and eager to assist. I inquired about the possibility of sedation, and while they couldnt perform the procedure there, they kindly referred me to an oral surgeon who could see me the very next day. I was very impressed with my experience and plan to return for regular visits moving forward.

Lauren L I was in town for work when I had severe tooth/jaw pain. Magnolia was able to get me in same day when I called for an appointment. Being out of state, I was in such a panic of how this would go - and I cannot thank Magnolia Dentistry for the professionalism as well as personal comfort. We came up with a treatment plan and were able to execute a same day extraction. They gave me follow ups to pass onto my home dentist, and I was able to proceed on with my business trip pain free! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Christopher Viensec Dr. Priya Meghpara was amazing. For that matter the entire staff was very friendly, very kind, very supportive, very helpful. I highly recommend 512 Smiles. I have been to a number of dental practices and 512 Smiles is by far the best. It was very important to me to find a biomimetic dental practice. If you dont know what that is you should look it up. With two broken teeth it was very important that I find someone that wanted to take a conservative approach and save my teeth to the greatest extent possible. Dr. Priya Meghpara and I spoke the same language. We were totally in sync. Dr. Priya Meghpara was very thorough and answered all of my questions. We came up with a stepwise approach that focused on conservative treatment and not just doing a root canal and a crown which you can get almost anywhere. Just to be clear I may need a root canal for one of the two broken teeth but Dr. Priya Meghpara is it going to do all that she can, if possible, to avoid that. Thats all a reasonable person could ask. That said the only downside was the cost. 512 Smiles is not in the Cigna and work. Cigna told me that most biomimetic practices are not in their network. The bottom line is the best care comes with a cost. I also wanted to mention how impressed I was with their use of technology. X-rays were displayed on a large screen TV. Contrast staining was used to identify decay. Pictures were taken and also displayed on the large screen TV. In addition, many practices do not have the ability to make crowns and overlays in the office. That means you have to get a temporary crown and then come back to be fitted for the final crown which some practices send out to have made. 512 Smiles is a one stop shop. They can make the crown and an overlay in the office avoiding the extra visit.

Amy Chance This was my 4th or 5th appointment. I am disappointed with the last visit, yesterday. 6/19/24 I will be looking for a new dentist. Quickly: the hygienist was nice, but it was the worst experience I have had in a dentist chair during a cleaning. The dentist made me feel like she was in a hurry and not available to take time to answer my questions. I felt very rushed with her. Also, I requested information about a mouth guard and no one followed up with me to schedule the next step. I would give more information, but I find that it’s a waste of time; unless the office sincerely wants to know.

Lenny Zwik I visited Cool Creek because I needed a tooth evaluated prior to my dive trip and Dr. Kristoffs practice was a few minutes from my house. He saw me on a days notice, diagnosed my issue, which unfortunately required an extraction and bone graft. After juggling his and his staffs schedules, they were able to see me the next day and perform the necessary procedures. Through everything, I experienced ABSOLUTELY NO pain or discomfort. Kudos! Its two weeks on and the staff at Cool Creek continue to deliver a high standard of care.
