Olivia Medina Dream team of experts! We had just moved to town, with no dentist set up, and my crown popped off while I was eating on a Tuesday night. I needed the crown reattached asap so I called and left a voicemail at Austin Dental Works, that night. Tiffanie called me as soon as they opened the next day, gave me options, and booked me for a 2pm appointment. I was willing to pay the quote at face value in order to get the crown reattached. She THEN managed to get our insurance on the phone before the appointment was over. Which ended up covering a portion of the visit, the cherry on top that this location qualified. They made me feel like I had been a patient of theirs for years. Dr. Jaros was welcoming and quick. Then I was out of there! Highly recommend this practice.

Tricia worked efficiently during our appointment assisting Dr James flawlessly and constantly checking in to ensure I was comfortable during my procedure. Miranda is always helpful with a smile on her face when going over paper work ensuring that all questions are answered before leaving. Toby Vaughn This has become by far my favorite dentist! I went in for a cleaning and turned out I needed some dental work, which I had expected since I haven’t been in a few years due to a slight fear of the dental office. Dr James came in and spoke with me about everything, all of my treatment options, risks, benefits, how long the appointment would be and even what they would do for pain management. She went over all my x rays and answered every question I had and encouraged questions. She then walked me up to the front desk and went over my options there with me. I made an appointment to have the dental work done, and it was really easy to make an appointment and Miranda even helped process my payment for it, any time I had a question she would always answer it! During the dental work appointment, they always made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a blanket, any time I felt anything it was immediately addressed and I never felt a single thing after that. My procedure was very quick and efficient and they explained every step as it went along and stopped along to double check on how I was feeling and if I needed a break. Overall, Dr James and team, thank you so much for being kind and explaining everything, y’all are truly a gem! I will be back!!!

Melanie Tennant Pecan Park Family Dentistry is truly one of a kind! From the moment you walk in the door, the staff makes you feel completely welcome and cared for. Kenla, the dental hygienist, is hands-down the best — gentle, thorough, and basically a massage therapist for your gums! Dr. James is absolutely amazing. Shes ethical, compassionate, and genuinely hilarious — which makes every visit so much more enjoyable. She takes the time to explain every treatment plan and option in a way that’s easy to understand. You can tell she really cares about her patients and is incredibly skilled at what she does. Tricia, the dental assistant, is another standout. She’s personable, funny, and makes you feel completely at ease. Dr. Wang is also fantastic — knowledgeable, kind, and very skilled. Rachel Ritchie Where do I start in explaining how amazing this place is? Ive been here twice already, once for an emergency extraction and the second to actually establish care. Both times, the staff have been absolutely amazing and thorough. I honestly havent been to a dentist in quite a while due to my own PTSD, anxiety, etc., with trauma experiences at previous dentists. After explaining that I do have dentist anxiety, the staff made sure that was the forefront of my visits. While they made sure I was comfortable, they also took the time to actually explain their procedures, what was happening, and next steps for continued care. Also, Chase at the front desk has been absolutely amazing while providing transparent prices and making sure I understood what my insurance covers. I know damn well that I waited too long to better my dental health, but it was worth the wait on finding someone worth actually taking the time to legit give a damn. Also, candy apple toothpaste, dont ask questions, just opt in.

Jonathan Wallace The biggest thing for me is being able to trust my dentist. And not having to experience pain with my dental work. I trust Dr Loveless - My family and I have been going to him for over 20 years. He has state of the art equipment and technology. He’s extremely competent as well as being nice. He just replaced an old crown from my previous dentist and milled the new crown while I waited (about 20 minutes). Took a couple hours (including milling new crown) with no discomfort and the new crown feels and looks great.

Bh Photoshare Dr. Loveless has been my dentist for about 10 years. The first job was a major overhaul of my teeth which I had ground down to nubs. He did excellent work at a reasonable cost. Since then my dental work has been more routine. All done very well. If you choose Dr. Loveless you will not be disappointed. Mark G

Brandy J Absolutely amazing!!! No shame, no judgment, no anxiety, no pain. I went in and had a tooth extraction. Even though this appointment was scheduled, I had a few questions the day of. Dr. B took his time to answer them with care. I didnt feel rushed. The nurse was amazing. I opted for the IV. Having rolling veins can be difficult. To ease the pain I was given gas. To ease swelling I was given a shot. Ive never been to a dentist like this before. I will never go to anyone else but Hedgecock. Though Im North the drive is worth it. Mike Monthei This is the 5th crown I’ve had Dr. Hedgecock do. The procedures have been great, and never have had any post treatment issues. Dr. Hedgecock explains what’s going to happen throughout the procedure and I’ve never experienced any discomfort. I highly recommend Hedgecock dental. And it a plus that he’s a fellow UT grad.

Also his fees are reasonable. Can’t say it is fun to go to the dentist but Dr. Madere’s relaxed atmosphere makes a visit enjoyable or at least manageable.

I also needed additional treatment after my check up and they were able to squeeze me in same day, since I would be traveling! They were so knowledgeable about payment options, since Im between jobs and using interim insurance. Btw they have an amazing insurance plan with Castle Dental. It was way better and cheaper than my interim insurance.

Andrea Mendoza Stay away! Originally came for dental work in November. My credit card was swiped twice for the same charge because the receptionist says it didnt go through the 1st time but it did! It is now March and its still NOT resolved. Every time I make an appointment, the front desk girls put me down for a follow up instead on what I originally needed.. Ex: deep cleaning & extractions. Which require much more time with the dentist than just a follow up. Then the dentist doesnt have the time work on me so I get turned away. Brident fails to call their patients when they need to be rescheduled. I have came to the office 4 times for a deep cleaning. 4 times!!! Each time I was told.. "Oh, someone should have called & left a voicemail to reschedule you." I have not received one single voicemail from Brident. This is beyond frustrating. I am taking off from work to be here for my appointments. I am losing money. The entire system here is broken. I have already pre-paid $1200 for my dental work that they cant seem to finish.

There is always a little trepidation starting over with a new dental team, but I have to say Arbor Oaks has done a fabulous job easing my concerns with the transition. Dr. Dhaon and everyone on her staff is super friendly and welcoming. The office is very clean and equipped with the latest technology. The implant and crown I received were pain-free. They made sure I was comfortable throughout both procedures and answered all my questions. BTW, they make their own crowns in-house so theres no waiting weeks for the permanent crown. I give them high marks in all areas and recommend you check them out.
