Smile Dental - Pearland (TX)

1 /5 vu vo: Dentist is RUDE!! She told us that we havent been there in awhile and need to make it a priority to go. She even went to say that our children need to miss school to come see her. A few years ago, we went to another dentist because she insisted us to use a credit card instead of our debit card so we can earn points LOL. We thought that was a little strange and personal but we gave her another chance and this time broke the straw on the camels back. I would rather drive an hour to go see a friendly dentist than to give her our money again.

5 /5 Pedrisimo: Kids have been treated by Dr. Do for 4-5 years now. My son (8 yrs) had his first filling last week with local anesthesia. He had no complaints except that he had to miss a soccer game that evening. Saturday hours are very convenient!

1 /5 Jimmy Chaves: Dr. Dos people skills are terrible. I took in my 5 year old child for dental work and from the start the atmosphere from her staff was unwelcoming. Not kid friendly whatsoever. During the procedure my child did GREAT but there was a point where it seemed to me that he felt discomfort because of too much liquid down his throat. I know how that feels and as an adult I can communicate to my dentist to quickly stop to provide me more suction. This was my childs first mayor dental procedure, so I felt the need to tell Dr. Do to quickly stop to provide him more suction. It took her less than 15 seconds to do this. After the Dr. was done she followed me to the front and very rudely told me that she will no longer treat my child and I should take him to a pediatric dentist where my child would be put under and not feel any discomfort at all. I do not want my child to be put under. She advertises she works with kids so I thought she would be a good option but based on my experience shes really not kid friendly or friendly at all for that matter. Dr. Do, you did not do me a favor for treating my child. I will gladly take my business elsewhere to a dentist that will not be easily bothered for asking for a bit more suction for my child.

5 /5 Bridgette Young: My children have been going to this dentist office for about 2 years one of my children has seizures at first I was scared but the doctor was real nice very patient explain everything to me make me feel real comfortable as a parent I would highly recommend this dentist office great job to the doctor and her staff the office is super clean I highly recommend this dentist office,

1 /5 Danielle Zenn: My daughter has been a patient for 2 years. No complaints with the dentist, but mostly for her unexperienced staff. I scheduled a Saturday apt, canceled the apt, and rescheduled for the following Thursday, only to get there and they say that theyre closed and never had me on the schedule. I am a working mother and took off work, pulled my daughter out of school and wasted my time. I know for sure I rescheduled for Thursday and her incompetent staff failed to put me on the schedule. Needless to say Im done with this dental practice, although I loved the dentist. Note: to manager/dentist, please train your staff to do better at customer service. Very irritated and disappointed.
