1 /5 Robert Ross: I wish I could select ZERO stars. My daughter went into this office. They did not verify my daughters insurance coverage and charged her $103 for the visit. $103 that she did not have, so she put it on her credit card. My daughters insurance should have and did cover the full visit because we had met our maximum out of pocket. Once they received the Explanation Of Benefits, showing that $0.00 was owed, they DID NOT reach out to us to refund, we had to call them and request a refund. And when we did this, we were told we would receive the check in 3-5 business days. Six business days later, we called again, having not received the check. Believing that they had already mailed the check, we asked them to VOID it, and issue a credit to the credit card. They refused. HOWEVER, they had not even mailed it yet. Had they shared that information, they I could have easily sent my daughter to their office to pick the check up. Instead, they decided to make it appear that the check was in the mail and would arrive as soon as the mail man delivered it. In actuality, they hadnt even written the check yet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH.
