El Cantu I went in for my six month dental cleaning and, as usual, was very pleased with the service provided. My hygienist, Chris, complemented me on my teeth being so well taken care of. She expressed how she would love to have more patients with teeth like mine. Truth be told, Dr Woodburn and his staff are the reason my teeth are healthy and clean. Their attention to detail in every aspect along with their professionalism has made a lasting impression on me and my family. We are indebted to their wonderful care.

Kenya N My first visit was today with Dr. Woodburn and family. I must say the moment I entered the office I felt a comfort of peace. The staff who I don’t know by name yet made me feel welcomed and important by checking on me to see if I was good and offering water while waiting for Dr Woodburn. The staff stayed in communication with me the whole visit. Dr Woodburn introduced himself and just from that I felt comfortable, Dr Woodburn was straight forward with my progress and outcome of my mouth. The staff is constantly communicating with the doctor so there’s no mistakes and I love that the most. If you have a question you don’t understand or just want to know , everyone will have an answer for you. You can’t go wrong with this family.

Josie Esparza The front staff was very friendly and efficient. My hygienist Chris was ,as always, awesome in every way. She did a great job on the cleaning of my teeth. Doctor Woodburn has been my dentist for over 40 years. He has taken care of all my family’s needs with lots of care and knowledge of his profession. He is also a great asset to the greater community in volunteering his service to others.

Darlene Dr Ormson and his team were knowledgable, professional, wonderful and kind! I got new implants but had difficulty the first meal. I returned immediately and Dr Ormson fixed everything perfectly and patiently. His team are the kindest and most caring group i have encountered. I am pleased to find them!

Mandi Garcia The staff are very kind. However, over Christmas break of 2023 my oldest daughter needed 7 fillings. Over Christmas break of 2024 they wanted to redo 5 or 6 of them (at no charge to us) and fill 5 or 6 others. We got a second opinion from our previous dentist (we had to change due to insurance change) only to find none of the fillings needed to be redone and some of the teeth they said needed fillings did not and some teeth they didnt say needed fillings did. (We took the xrays from full smile along with the print out to him for review.) Fast forward to this week when my youngest daughter had tooth pain and made an appointment where x-rays were again taken and she was told she needed a root canal and prescribed antibiotics. Because she historically has had perfect teeth and because of her sisters experience we again went to our old dentist taking the x-rays and the print out. He looked and said she did not need a root canal and there was no sign if anything amiss. He said she may have bitten down too hard (we suspect she clenched her jaw the night she didnt wear her mothguard to bed) and thus the pain. I think this place is pretty horrid for actual dental knowledge. Weve decided to go back to our old dentist and pay the extra because he is trustworthy and has taken great care of us for years. This foray into saving money with insurance has been eye opening and severely disappointing. I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone, ever.

Angela Lopez I have always been terrified of getting dental work done! However Dr. Crawford was amazing! He told me exactly what he was going to do talked to me through my procedure, wasnt rude at all. Definitely will be going back. The front desk staff the two ladies I didnt catch their name I was in so much pain but they took care of me from insurance paperwork to checking out. They were super helpful and sweet! The dental assistant that helped Dr. Crawford her tapping on my shoulder definitely helped calm my nerves she was sweet from the time I sat down til I was finished. The office overall was very clean and staff was beyond friendly! Thank you for taking such good care of me! Will be back!!

The receptionists are always so kind and helpful when they answer the phone; in person they are efficient and extremely professional. Rhonda is an amazing hygienist! My children are so comfortable with her, and we have been able to develop a long standing relationship which is neat to get to have with your dental provider. I genuinely enjoy every member of the P&W team. I recommend them to anyone.

brittini alyss Ehh it was OK. They were fast but got my treatment plan wrong the first time and when I arrived found out I had to pay twice as much then what my original treatment plan said. My extraction site still has a hole from not putting a suture and its been 5 months already. Food constantly gets in it and its irritating on a daily basis.

Evelyn Conner My 85 year old mother was visiting from New Mexico. She needed the rest of her teeth pulled. I walked in Tuesday afternoon and was able to be worked in on Wednesday and the extractions were complete Thursday. It is now Friday and she is doing well. No stitches were needed and minimal bleeding. Very nice staff and Dr Bailey is very personable. I highly recommend

Taylor Neeley All I can say is WOW!! Thank you so much for your beautiful office, lovely staff and amazing job. I made an emergency appointment for my wisdom teeth to be removed after an awful experience at another dentist in town, and they had me scheduled within two days. They were expecting me when I arrived for my 8:00 appointment and had me in the back within 5 minutes. Within the next 15 minutes, I had my insurance run, copayment paid, xrays completed, and an IV in. And boom, they were COMPLETELY finished in less than an hour. From now on, I will always happily refer my friends and family to your practice for any of their dental needs. Thank you so much, Dr. Bailey!!!

Brandon Ehrhart The Drs and Nurses here have been the friendliest people. I have 3 autistic children and they can sure be a handful but all of the staff has always been very understanding and patient with them. They are just absolutely wonderful with children and I would highly recommend them for any dental needs.

Carolynn Porter This place makes you feel ashamed to be on Medicaid. Its run by APDO next door, but this is the entrance for those without private insurance. Its a shabby facility, dirty, and cheap, but APDO is bright, clean, well-kept, and modern. Its absolutely appalling that they would choose to segregate their low-income clients and hide them away from those that can pay them out-of-pocket. I took my daughter here out of necessity, but I will be finding another Medicaid doctor that wont treat us like were unworthy to sit with their other clients. Im educated, I work full-time, and I dont deserve to have my children treated like theyre second-class just because were low-income.
