MARIA NORTHCUTT Always a pleasure! We have been at Pendergrass and Wilkie Dentistry since we moved to Amarillo in 2023 and they have been more than accommodating! My daughter and I get seen for all our scheduled cleanings and regular check ups at the same time. Have had no issues with scheduling. Reminders are sent out in a timely manner and very much appreciated! Always helpful and attentive to any concerns I may have. Especially now that she’s ready for braces.

MelAnn Morales This practice is staffed by the most compassionate people from Sandra at reception to the hygienist to the dentist and everyone else you will encounter. Their goal is to make you comfortable and restore your dental health. I had significant dental trauma as a child and teen and it’s all I can do to force myself back into a dental office again. Their staff and response to my anxiety and concerns helps me overcome my fears. Highly recommend. Both dentists are amazing.

Becky Nenstiel I’m not the easiest patient as I can really be a gagger, but I have always been treated with respect and given the best possible dental care. Kim has been cleaning my teeth for over 40 years. She is the best! When Dr Riddle retired I was a little nervous about the change. Dr. Wilkie has been great! He always has time to ask how you are doing and takes the time to listen and respond accordingly. Both he and Dr Pendergrass are men of integrity, Godly character and gentle demeanor. Sandra is the cream of the crop! Always greeting you with a smile and eager to help you in anyway possible. I am thankful and grateful that I’m able to have my dental needs met by the Pendergrass and Wilke dental practice.

Joanna Hopson I absolutely love this place, started seeing Dr.Karr in 2018 and never looked back. Everyone on the team is a pure delight. I had a slight urgent need and was able to get in with Dr.Allison, she too was a joy to work with. Bonus perk, they have some 7am appts which works well for my schedule.

Amanda Alcala New dentists, all the time. Can not keep dentist or staff. Your scheduled appointments if early are always late because of meetings or something delaying them. They will tell you one price and your actual charge will be over a thousand, insurance or not. They lie to you about reasons your appointment is canceled and lie about the stuff needed being there. Will never go back to this place!

Kade Michael Roberts The staff were amazing, however, I left before they did my two fillings. The room they put me in was not clean at all. All of the sterilized tools for my procedure were placed on a paper on top of a very dirty counter top. Most of the surfaces in the room had not been wiped down in some time it appeared, and I just did not feel comfy having the procedure in that room. I walked out before my procedure, and Im changing my insurance to go back to my old dentist. Sorry Allington, but this was a big no no for me.

Mary Shellnutt All of the staff are very friendly & they do their best to help you have as good an experience as possible. Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the lobby before being called back for treatment. Dr. Thorpe is a great doctor & very informative about whatever procedure is going to be performed that day & is very good at making sure that you dont feel anything before starting. The office & patient rooms are very clean & organized.

To the hygienist and assistant, that were so compassionate, to the dentist and assistant, who were very gentle, quick but thorough. They all took good care of me and were so patient with me!! Lynda Shroyer I have gone to Belpree Dental Clinic for years . The employees who have been there for years really care about the patients and know their names and greet them cordially. Robyn has been my long time dental hygienist and she is excellent. She is friendly, efficient, and caring. I get right in and do not have to wait when I have an appointment. Lori who has been there for years, too, is great with business and she also, greets patients in a friendly manner. Both Robyn and Lori are very good with patients and putting them at ease. They are examples of exceptional employees and that makes a difference in any business. Dr. Vaughn is an excellent dentist who greets his patients in a caring, friendly manner and ensures his patients understand his findings with their teeth and gums. Dr, Vaughn has wonderful long time employees who are a real asset to his business and appreciated by his patients. Lori and Robyn are examples any new employee can learn from to become an asset for business.

Rusty Dickerson I’m very pleased with Austin & Tatum Dentistry! I had 2 teeth pulled 8 months ago and decided to replace them with implants. After those 2 teeth were pulled by Dr Austin I had very little pain. Yesterday, Dr Tatum began the implants procedure by installing 2 anchors for the implants. I’ve had very little pain with these. Dr Austin has been my dentist since about 1998. My wife and I both appreciate his expertise, his staff, and his shared Christian faith! Thank you, Drs Austin & Tatum and staff!!

Destiny Patel I went here and had to get two teeth pulled I was given a flipper as a permanent option. The first flipper was way off in color and size got the new one but still could not talk or anything with it in. I was then told well this is the cheapest option and it’s not going to be perfect. I left can cried for hours thinking I would be stuck like that forever. Went to a new dentist and thankfully I did. I was not stuck with a huge flipper that was too big for my mouth and was also told this should have only been a temporary option. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I loved the dental hygienist. She is amazing there! Very sweet.

Great customer service and very informative..I had my 2 bottom teeth capped and was very unsatisfied as they do not fit to the bottom.. they feel like they will fall off. The Dentist told me dont swallow then if they fall off.. when back day after and she said there is not that she can do...Will have to look for another Dentist so unsatisfied very uncomfortable..

Sierra Pettigrew They were amazing and got me in for a bonding/filling...ended up in tears because my broken tooth looked more naturally than my original. The secretary, dentist aides and the dentist were so amazing and got me in a as soon as they could, especially during spring break! Id 1000000% suggest them. Great experience. U get what you pay for btw. Thankfully we had gotten our tax return & hopefully will pay off or reimburse us (our insurance) Great experience all the way around. Thank yall so much!

Sharlene Bordonaro The transition between doctors has not been great. When I tried to make an appointment it went to their answering service, but whats the point when no one calls you back. Was told today it was because they were closed the week of Valentines...but that doesnt explain why I wasnt called back last week. Ive spoken with the new orthodontist since he took over and he seems nice enough, but the office in general doesnt seem to be being managed well. Hopefully it will get better.

Masaratu sheriff I found this orthodontist office with one simple google search because I was looking for an orthodontist office to get clear aligners. I decided to get a few consultations and this one was one of the few I choose because they had an amazing amount of positive reviews. I was very happy with my consultation and Dr. Chapman (I might have spelled it incorrectly) and his team really made me feel welcome and comfortable! I currently have my appointment to get my aligners placed soon and I couldn’t be more excited. If you ever have any concerns or issues with anything including payment plans, just make sure to communicate with them and everything should work out. I would really like to thank all of you and Im definitely looking forward to my next appointment and seeing all of your smiles again soon!
