5 /5 Chyane Garmer: I had my surgery recently and even though I was waiting for a room that never seem to come. I had wonderful staff around me at all times including the CNRA that checked on me (which has never happened before, for me). The care nurses would joke with me and ensured me constantly they were working on the room. Yes the wait was long for the room but when I got to the room, I was greeted by a super sweet nurse, lab techs, and my doctor. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything and it was wonderful to see staff that actually seemed happy. Including the constant apologies about the wait for the room. It wasn’t hard to see why the room took so long, it seems to be a bit understaffed. However, it was a much better experience than some of stays I’ve done at Scott and White.
