Every time I didnt use them for inspections, I was sorry and would end up back with them because wherever else I went was trying to use the inspection as a reason to up sell. Ive found them to be honest and I dont stress about having to fend off bogus extras when I go to get an oil change.

1 /5 Elizabeth Varble: Left oil cap off- didnt care. Loses long-time customer. During routine oil change failed to put oil cap back on (it was left on the hood of my vehicle) and unfortunately I didnt notice for 2 days... Oil sprayed everywhere under hood and even leaked onto bumper... I went back and they treated me as if I was inconveniencing them... After being a loyal customer for 8+ years. Thoroughly disappointed

Meredith Westbrook: I can’t recommend this place enough. They are truly incredible! I hit a curb pretty hard to avoid an accident, and then noticed my car was making different noises. I took my car to Sun Auto on a Thursday, they looked at it Thursday and Friday. They stayed well after closing to show me and my mechanic boyfriend the issues with the car from underneath. They then spent a lot of time finding the cheapest prices for the parts I needed while making sure those parts were high quality. I worked out the payment on the following Sunday, and by midday on Tuesday they had my car finished. They had a certified Lexus mechanic look everything over, and they had multiple people work on my car to get it done as soon as possible. I have to say that the manager, Brian, was absolutely wonderful. He’s extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their communication with me was stellar, and I never felt like they were doing unnecessary work. I’m extremely greatful to the guys at this shop - especially Brian. This is the place to go when you have car trouble!

Benjamin Nichols: I requested to get my muffler tips straightened since they came on the car crooked and the dealerships were no help. These people seemed nice and they did straighten it somewhat by cutting off a pipe and welding on additional piping just before the muffler (its not perfect, but I guess its close enough, I would have expected a little better). I brought the car back to ask to have it fixed but was met with excuses, stating I need to bring a new hanger for any work to be done, not even sure if Id have to pay for the fix too. I do not want another one welded on.

Ashley Fisher: Service was great. Quick and efficient. It’s convenient to be able to get the inspection done and your stickers in one stop. You don’t even have to get out of your car. It is a bit cheaper to order them online though, especially if you’re using a credit card as they have an additional $5 fee. My total came out to $106.43 with a $10 tip which seems a bit expensive to me.

Harry Cating: Outstanding! Gave them my truck with, what I thought to be, a bad battery. Ended up being an unidentafiable electrical issue. They spent the best part of 2 days "chasing gremlins" under my hood. Ended up being a bad connection where my stereo tooks its power. They repaired it and put in a new battery. All they charged me for was the new battery. Couldnt ask for much better. Thanks!!!

Nathan Parikh: I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but I need to warn others. After taking my vehicle to Crowley Tire and Auto for brake and suspension work, my front wheel completely collapsed. The shop had failed to properly secure the upper ball joint. I have photos. My wife and child were in the car. Thankfully it happened on a side street and not the highway. This was 100% preventable and due to negligence. They towed it back and repaired it, but when I asked for a refund for the unsafe work, the owner refused - even after admitting it was their fault. They said putting gas in the car and fixing their own mistake meant they didn’t owe me anything, even when their work puts lives at risk. I gave them every chance to handle this professionally. Please think twice before trusting them with your family’s safety. Update in response to Matt: - This was the vehicle’s first visit to your shop, so we could not have repeatedly declined safety-related recommendations on "previous visits". - The issue wasn’t about noise or declined services, it was about picking up the vehicle and having the front suspension collapse shortly after. - I didn’t ask for “extra compensation.” I asked to be made whole for work that failed at a basic safety level. - Even a partial refund for the labor involved in the failed repair would have gone a long way. Instead, I was told refunds are not given. - I have not threatened any legal action.
