1 /5 Benjamin Nichols: I requested to get my muffler tips straightened since they came on the car crooked and the dealerships were no help. These people seemed nice and they did straighten it somewhat by cutting off a pipe and welding on additional piping just before the muffler (its not perfect, but I guess its close enough, I would have expected a little better). I brought the car back to ask to have it fixed but was met with excuses, stating I need to bring a new hanger for any work to be done, not even sure if Id have to pay for the fix too. I do not want another one welded on.

5 /5 Cat Cop: Brought in my terminator cobra to get an exhaust installed, Devin finished it up in 30 minutes, I was so happy and he knows his stuff. Highly recommend. Cobra sounds amazing now!

1 /5 Jake Coward: Got my resonator replaced recently. While I realize that it is underneath the car and doesn’t need to be pretty. These welds are unacceptable from a professional muffler shop. I asked if they could be fixed or cleaned up and was told that “this is the best my welder can do”.

1 /5 Dan Masters: Edit: I had been coming here for years but… my last encounter was not at all like the previous years of good service/repairs/prices. The last time I was here I brought a 2000 Lexus es300 for a control arm replacement and alignment (the bolts were seized). They did the work and driving home the car was pulling to the right even worse than when I dropped it off. I turned around and informed them. They said sorry, we will have it done again. They “did” the alignment again. Car drove the same so I went back. They said the guys down the street did it, talk to them. I go talk to them. They say the frame is bent and that’s the best they can do. They say they told Round Rock Muffler this (even though it wasn’t on their or Muffler’s paperwork). I go back to Round Rock Muffler. I ask what happened? The car was fine before and how come they didn’t tell me that the frame was bent. The lady got really angry with me and said if I don’t like it I can leave and never come back. That’s what I did. That was summer 2020. Sad. It used to be a good place. I’ll drive to Taylor from now on if I need anything muffler specific. Finally, the frame wasn’t bent. The guys installed the arm wrong and it was throwing things off. A competent shop found and fixed it for cheap. Doh! ************************************ I have been coming to Round Rock Muffler for several years now. They have worked on all my daily drivers along with my 1965 Pontiac GTO. They are extremely talented mechanics whom I trust. Isn’t that what we all wish for in life?

4 /5 Sarah Wagstaff: Great friendly business. Theyre experienced Round Rock locals who know their cars. Ive done Inspections here for years and rarely have to wait even without an appointment.
