Harry Cating: Outstanding! Gave them my truck with, what I thought to be, a bad battery. Ended up being an unidentafiable electrical issue. They spent the best part of 2 days "chasing gremlins" under my hood. Ended up being a bad connection where my stereo tooks its power. They repaired it and put in a new battery. All they charged me for was the new battery. Couldnt ask for much better. Thanks!!!

Nathan Parikh: I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but I need to warn others. After taking my vehicle to Crowley Tire and Auto for brake and suspension work, my front wheel completely collapsed. The shop had failed to properly secure the upper ball joint. I have photos. My wife and child were in the car. Thankfully it happened on a side street and not the highway. This was 100% preventable and due to negligence. They towed it back and repaired it, but when I asked for a refund for the unsafe work, the owner refused - even after admitting it was their fault. They said putting gas in the car and fixing their own mistake meant they didn’t owe me anything, even when their work puts lives at risk. I gave them every chance to handle this professionally. Please think twice before trusting them with your family’s safety. Update in response to Matt: - This was the vehicle’s first visit to your shop, so we could not have repeatedly declined safety-related recommendations on "previous visits". - The issue wasn’t about noise or declined services, it was about picking up the vehicle and having the front suspension collapse shortly after. - I didn’t ask for “extra compensation.” I asked to be made whole for work that failed at a basic safety level. - Even a partial refund for the labor involved in the failed repair would have gone a long way. Instead, I was told refunds are not given. - I have not threatened any legal action.

They are knowledgeable and pointed out something that needed to be fixed on my jeep. It was service they didn’t offer—just watching out for me and the health of my vehicle. Great bunch!

Gildardo Medina: AVOID this Firestone Crowley location. I’ve been a long time Firestone customer throughout different states across the U.S. and this store worked out for me because it was close to home but not anymore I will never give any business to this location ever. Brought my truck to get aligned on after replacing a bunch of suspension parts 7/11/2025 & purchased a lifetime alignment $210. I picked it up at the end of the day and truck still pulled right and NOT ALIGNED AT ALL. I took it back next day to get it realigned at 12 pm I was told it’d be ready within 4 hours so I dropped it off and left. I came back at 6:30 right before they close and the car was parked right where I’d left it. They hadn’t touched it and then the front guy had the audacity trying to persuade me to bring it again another day, when I should’ve never been there a 2nd time to begin with. This is ridiculous, they should’ve never taken it in if they didn’t think they could finish it that day. Final outcome, after arrival at 6:30 1.5hrs waiting roughly 8 pm of that 2nd time I was the only costumer there and there were only 2 people in the shop. The front guy named Mike comes out and says the tech couldn’t align it that he doesn’t know why it’s not doing what’s supposed to be doing. He again recommends me to come back another day to have some more “experience” do it. Takeaway: They play with peoples time and money. Their techs are clearly not experienced nor sharp and don’t do a very good job which causes people to have to come back. This should’ve been a walk in the park for them as it was simply aligning a vehicle which I think is what they do all day every day. Not a complex task at all for them to NOT concrete answer.

I had an AC problem with my car and I had a lot of questions about it and a lot of men in the automotive industry always talk to women like they are stupid but Mike did not. He’s a very kind and honest guy. He Has fixed my cars issues twice now and he’s very fast. Nissan wanted to charge me $1600 and Mike fixed it for sooooo much less. Will keep going back to him with all my car issues for sure.

Marissa R: Mr. Bill helped us out one Christmas Day back in 2019. Read that again- Christmas Day. Nobody was open but he was around! He was so kind to not only repair our vehicle but also check in that we made our trip safely. We will be using him again soon for our vehicle repairs. Update: We had a horrible issue with Vandergriff Honda selling us a vehicle without a title. Not only did Mr. Mechanic help us navigate the ordeal but he also inspected the vehicle for us at no extra charge. Update 2: Again we needed his help, this time looking at our mini cooper, and Mr. Bill was very flexible with our schedule. He was professional and straight to the point. He was very willing to work with us and our resources to help repair the vehicle. Update to the Updates: Just brought my Hyundai in today. Mr. Bill received our vehicle and we are so grateful to have him help us out. I always recommend him to anybody needing car repairs. He is honest and will give you a reasonable price.
