5 /5 Nancy Hansen: I love Kwik Kar. They are very professional and knowledgeable. From the first encounter I had with an employee as I arrived I felt well cared for. But, Johnny at the service counter is always the highlight of my trip here. He takes his time and explains everything very clearly, plus he stayed in contact with me to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend this car care center.

5 /5 janette kinney: I’ve been taking my vehicles here for oil changes and inspections for a long time since they’re right around the corner from me. They’re always quick and really friendly. The waiting area is comfy with couches and nice chairs, not the hard plastic things you see at most places, so I don’t mind waiting. If there are any issues they always show me the problem but never pressure me to get the work done immediately (by them, of course) as other shops have done in the past and they never talk down to me like I’m an idiot that doesn’t know anything. Honestly, those things are what I appreciate the most.

5 /5 Anna Rosa: I get greeted as I walk in with a very friendly attitude. The mechanics call me in and explain everything they find that the car needs before they do any work and they quote me the price before any work is done. They are all friendly, courteous and respectful. If the job takes long they come to update me on what’s going on. I like the music they play while I’m waiting for my car. I very much trust them with my car. They are a great bunch of people.
