They would not see my mother and rescheduled an appointment for a month later even though there were no other patients in the waiting area. This place doesnt mind making the patients wait for long periods but if you are a few minutes late the patient gets mistreated. Pass this one up and look for another provider.

5 /5 Dale Sain: Four weeks ago I entered the Peterson family of medical care. Every person, from the ER, to the hospital staff, to the physical therapy team, and literally everyone in between including whoever would, without hardly waking me up at 4am, take my vitals, etc., was warm, friendly, outgoing, and above all, professional.Then The follow up at PCC and this continued. They listen; they truly care. Unfortunate they only let me put five stars.

Sean Desrochers: The commander of the 7th Medical group should be fired! The pharmacy is horrible, when you call to activate a subscription you have to wait a good 1+ hrs on the phone, and many times someone will pick up the phone and hang up on you so you have to call and wait all over again. The process to pick up or drop off prescriptions is constantly changing. They treat veterans like 2nd class citizens at the 7th medical group. The USAF should be ashamed of themselves!

But made me fill out new patient forms and told me that I would not be able to be seen til Wednesday since I had never been to that specific location. I cannot stand Peterson. I’ve had nothing but problems with them. From hospital down to simple care. They do not care about you!

Tony Brooks: Terrible Doctor, she treated me like I was faking my illness. When I changed doctors, I was diagnosed with 2 spinal diseases, I ended up having to have major surgery on my spine. Because of the spine disease, I had to be medically disabled, and now Ive lost the ability to turn my neck. When I was under Dr. Falcons care, my blood pressure stayed high, had she tried to do her job and figure out why my blood pressure was always high, she could have diagnosed my illness sooner.
