Sean Desrochers: The commander of the 7th Medical group should be fired! The pharmacy is horrible, when you call to activate a subscription you have to wait a good 1+ hrs on the phone, and many times someone will pick up the phone and hang up on you so you have to call and wait all over again. The process to pick up or drop off prescriptions is constantly changing. They treat veterans like 2nd class citizens at the 7th medical group. The USAF should be ashamed of themselves!

When I was under Dr. Falcons care, my blood pressure stayed high, had she tried to do her job and figure out why my blood pressure was always high, she could have diagnosed my illness sooner.

Florenda Cordova: I went in for a routine wellness check up. My insurance covers it 100 percent. My Dr. who I have seen for years never mentioned a calcium blood test. Two months later I receive a bill from hospital for the calcium blood test for which my Dr never mentioned to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to call billing for mistakes that were made. It’s like the fifth time they made a mistake. Especially when it comes to coding. Maybe they need to give a class to everyone there in good communication and coding. I will be looking for another Dr.
