My insurance covers it 100 percent. My Dr. who I have seen for years never mentioned a calcium blood test. Two months later I receive a bill from hospital for the calcium blood test for which my Dr never mentioned to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to call billing for mistakes that were made. It’s like the fifth time they made a mistake. Especially when it comes to coding. Maybe they need to give a class to everyone there in good communication and coding. I will be looking for another Dr.
Port Lavaca Clinic Associates - Port Lavaca Patricia Jahn Lawson: Weve retired down to the coast from Houston. We still have some of our specialist doctors in the medical center in Houston. Dr. Falcon is our GP doctor. Because of my husbands health issues she has had to interact with many of the doctors in Houston. The doctors we see are truly world class, and they have commented on what a outstanding doctor she is, because of their interactions with her.

New Horizon Health Center - Brownsville Maria Baena: I’m writing this right here at the location, I’m always here on time for my check ups, and even though they give you an APPOINTMENT (meaning appointment is they see you at that time they said) I have to wait two hours to finally be seen. It’s not a one time thing, it’s an every appointment thing.
Valley Regional Medical Center - Brownsville Rosa Blanco: This is the best hospital I have ever been to. It’s hard to find medical staff now in days that haven’t forgotten why they signed up to care for people. From the moment I walked into their Emergency Room, to their women’s care staff and their OR staff. Everyone was great and very attentive, friendly, and caring. I am from Harlingen and I have never been given this same treatment from neither hospital here. From the bottom of my heart. Thank You for the attention and care. I will forever be grateful.
DHR Health Brownsville - Brownsville Lorena Vegs: I was trying to go in to see my mom. Nurses on duty said I couldn’t go in due to only 1 person per room. I call my sister to come out so I could go in she said why I told her that only one person was permitted into the room she said that not true 2/3 person are in other rooms with their patients. Nurse also told me that they were gonna tried to get everyone out and leave just 1 person in the room which it never happened. So my sister walks outside and when I went inside to the emergency room where my mom was I saw all this people 2/3 persons @ a room. I immediately step out to the front desk and I told the nurses in front desk to go in there to check that there were to many people inside, nurse said she was gonna be right back that she was gonna get back to me which she never did so that when I called my sister Estela to come into my mom’s room and up to now no one hasn’t come to take no one out. This is very ridiculous nurses acting like if they were the owners of the DHR Hospital. Never again will come here. Very bad customer service as per the nurse that attended my mom.
Valley Baptist Medical Center: Brownsville - Brownsville stephanie soto: Had a great experience, Was a bit confused on some paperwork. The out patient department was there to guide. The employee guided me with what to sign and have for my next visit. Her name was Kimberly, such a wonderful young lady. She has also assisted my grandmother multiple times.
