5 /5 Tom Morrow: I have a great experience every time with Palestine Tire Center. Their communication is always clear and professional from start to finish... no surprises, no runaround. The quality of their service really stands out. They handle everything efficiently and get the job done right the first time. On top of that, the cost was very fair, especially considering the level of work and customer care. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire work or general auto service in the area. They are a solid shop ran by people who obviously take pride in what they do.

5 /5 Marci: I had hit a chuckhole and bent my wheel. I had been told, at 3 shops in Tyler, that Id have to buy a new wheel or try to find a used one in a wrecking yard. CHRIS arranged to have my wheel repaired! Weve been riding on the repaired wheel for several hundred miles now. Great service!!!! Also, the waiting area is pleasant (no loud or rude music), and child friendly! Ive never seen a tire shop whose wait area is so family friendly. There were 2 children waiting with their Momma while I was there. The cashier even gave them juice and a snack when the wait was a little long.
