1 /5 John Smith: DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They lie and will take your vehicle for however long they want with no intention of communicating with you or doing anything about your vehicle. They will refuse to talk to you when you try to call them, they will never “give you a call back”, zero respect for you, your time, or your money. STAY AWAY.

1 /5 Regan Bedortha: I decided to bring my car into Toyota of Palestine do to how wonderful they seemed after a Halloween event they had. I needed a 100,000 mile service on my 2015 Chevy Sonic. They assured me they could do that. I paid $950 for the service. They didnt replace the timing belt which according to the manual is part of the required service at 100,000. My car has never run worse then shortly after the service. My car has been lighting up like a Christmas tree after. The oil change light is on but they said they changed the oil. Its throwing a code for the timing belt. The check engine light is lit up. The transmission also seems to be having problems after the transmission flush they did and there was no problems with my transmission before this service. Ive tried calling several times and they say they will call me back and I have yet to hear from anyone. I paid $950 for my car to have issues that werent previously there. Thanks so much .

5 /5 Northerner Too Far South: These guys were AMAZING a few months ago when I had to have my Oil Changed and a Flush and Fill of Radiator. Not from around this area, but was in town for business. They even helped me out by picking up my Vehicle from the store I was working in temporarily, which greatly helped me out!!!! Would reccomend to anyone in Palestine and Surrounding areas. Excellent service, and a Great price!
