Rhonda Clifton Several months ago I hit a tree that fell in the road and needed a new oil pan and some body work. I took my car to Bruner’s for the body damage to the front bumper. When they took the bumper off, they found significant damages to other parts of my car. I would like to thank them for the great job they did and for putting up with all my inquiring phone calls. Thank you to everyone at Bruner’s.

Jose Sereno7 Their paint department is horrible. My black scatpack was worked on by them. Received it back with a complete different shade of black on the replaced panels. They claim the rest of the car is faded. My car is less than 3 years old, less than 20k miles. There is no fade, they’ve tried repainting the car twice and each time I receive it back with more damage than previous. Currently my car is still 2 different shades, but now with chemical burns in the paint. Their body work is great though. They need to keep their body work techs and fire the paint techs.

david barber Drove up and was met by Wes. I needed oil change, greased, diffs checked, and transfer case fluid changed. He said no problem.. in and out quickly at a great price. He, his wife, and the staff were great!! Very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your cars service..

All service has been performed in the time that was agreed upon & the price has ALWAYS been very fair & sometimes, even below, the estimate. I wouldnt hesitate to take a vehicle back to Scotts at any time He is honest & fair & VERY competent!!

Grunt-Style: This we will defend! RECOMMENDED WITH ENTHUSIAM!!! Scott is technically competent, thorough and honest! He is my preferred mechanic and advisor over the past 20 years! As a retired Marine of 22 years, my standards are certainly as high as the Corps! I have had numerous vehicles (Ford Ranger, F-250, F-150 Crew Cab Pick-up, Subaru Forester, and aToyota Highlander) both serviced and repaired by Scott. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO TAKE A SINGLE REPAIR BACK FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION. Relative to firearms, (a relatively new business), he is extremely safety conscious and practices due diligence as the consummate professional that he is! In 1998, my Ford Ranger pickup had an axle separation south of Wichita Falls, Texas. Had I not pulled over immediately, half the axle would have left the vehicle causing the truck to fall to the roadway. I was about 270 miles from Amarillo in the middle of nowhere. To his extreme credit, Scott came down and picked both me and my truck up for the 5 hour return trip home. At most, he allowed me to pay for his gas and lunch! Based on the above experience, I use Scott to examine any previously-owned vehicle that I am contemplating on purchasing and have yet to be disappointed. In addition, we help care for 73 y/o widow friend of limited income. Her mobility as represented by her vehicle is critical to her. On several occasions, we have asked Scott to differentiate between essential safety-related repairs and those of far lesser importance. He has always been fair and correct in his judgment and treatment of her as a customer in her own right! THEY JUST DONT COME ANY BETTER!

Michelle Chaisson Weve been buying our tires here for years. The service is excellent, and theyre quick. They are friendly, knowledgeable and are always willing to help me choose the right tire for my vehicle and situation. We live down a long dirt road, so cant settle for cheap street tires, or they wont last a year. We tried that when we first moved to this area and learned that lesson the hard, expensive way. The people who work here understand that.

Marcey Gaitan I cannot say enough about the help that Lowery’s Automative gave me. I broke down on a Friday just outside of Crockett which was about 3 hours away from home for me. Between Lowery’s, the wrecker service, and Jim from UHaul, I was able to get my vehicle and 18ft trailer towed one way, got me and the trailer onto a U-Haul, and my truck went the other way to Lowery’s Automotive who received/accepted the vehicle on only a phone call from me. By Thursday, as my husband came through town, he was able to rent a trailer from the same U-Haul for his car and used the completed truck from Lowery’s to tow it all home! All was good and all prices were fair! Everyone went the extra mile! I can’t thank everyone enough!

C.R. Kwiat I was just passing through, on a trip, and a bottom shield under my car broke partway off and it was hitting the highway with every bump. Lowerys put me in front of everyone else, secured the plate, and I was back on the road. I really, really appreciate what they did for me.

Matt Raines The latest repair was a tie rod on my son’s truck. Dean gets things done right and done fast. He informs you if anything looks concerning but never twists your arm to do something extra.

Jet A Ranch So heres the deal. Call ahead and schedule an appointment. Dean, the owner is very knowledgeable regarding auto mechanics and communicates well with his customers. I had 2 different trucks I needed work on and he spent time with helping diagnose the issues. At the end of the day, both trucks were outside his area of expertise, or really what work he performs. In both cases he directed me to specialists that could perform the work. The key take away is that if he cant deal with your issue he wont fake it. Im not sure you can really ask for much more than that. Ill always give him first crack at any automotive issue I have going forward.

GLENDA MERRELL I cannot say enough good things about Mike’s Tire Shop. We had this flat about 5 miles west of Crockett and they came to us, changed the flat in the mud and rain, and had us back on the road in under an hour. He also took our flat tire back to his shop and repaired it for my husband to pick up the next day. Such wonderful service!!!

Donna Edge Amazing service! He saved us an expensive towing fee we would of had to pay if he had not been available to come fix our flat. A nice couple stopped to help us and said they knew a guy who had a 24/7 tire shop about 15 minutes away (we were in the middle of nowhere at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night). That guy was Mike! Thank you again for helping us! Highly recommend him!

Scott OBrien A friend recommended we stop by to see about service on our truck. No signs on door to say they were closed or out for lunch. Seen a truck pull around the side and drove around asking if they were open or closed for lunch. One mechanic answered with a snide remark "We like to eat lunch to!" And walked into the shop. Not a hey just kidding whats up can I help you. Great customer service, Thank you.

Trey Lee I was driving home from a long weekend on the lake and had a flat tire. Kenneth was driving by and stopped to help. This gentleman not only stopped to help, he changed the tire, went to the shop to get a new tire and put it back on for me. This was on Memorial Day. Matt Raines If you work anywhere near downtown Crockett, Patton’s is perfect for oil changes, tires, and rotations. Just drop your car off and pick it up after work. They will even take you to work if you don’t want to walk. Great work at a reasonable price and you don’t have to wait around.

Texas Navy Veteran This is the only place I go for vehicle inspections anymore. You can expect to be done in under 30 minutes, and be seen as a valued customer even if it’s your only need. They offer tire servicing and other minor vehicle maintenance. They will even pick up your vehicle and deliver it back to your work so that you never have to use your own valuable time!

Arod5327 Tracy is the man!! Took my 03’ cobra to him to have him re-tuck my exhaust since it was scraping so bad. Plus to have a couple leaks fixed. He was able to tuck the exhaust very nicely and re-adjust it so I would not have any more problems. Welds look amazing!

Kennon McKinney So my wife was 3 hours from home when we had almost tragedy happen to our new car. We were getting misreadings from our dipstick on our 2019 Pathfinder. Dipstick showed the oil to be full but this was quite the contrary. Thinking the low oil sensor was faulty or such we were close by Napa in Crocket. We decided to leave the car at this shop while closed for the weekend. Monday morning the crew diagnosed the problem & started with the easiest & simplest possible problem first. I was convinced this was not the issue but the mechanics at Napa proved me wrong, thank God we were in GREAT hands! Corey & Ben not only figured out the problem but were so helpful to our needs & kept us from destroying the motor on our new car & got us fixed up for the minimum amount possible. For a minimal service charge & a hotel stay, they saved this car from a seized up motor. These guys are a GOD sent! I thank the Lord that we were rescued from disaster by these two young men. I cant say enough about what a great business this is. I wish I could give this crew a 10⭐ review! Ive been in business for over 35+ years & I can tell you that you could only find this type of business in a small town. Im from Houston & here, guys like Corey & Ben are few & far in between. Es Gonzales I went in for an inspection in the middle of the day. The store was empty and there were three employees sitting on their computers. I was sent to the one who does inspections and he immediately turned me away because he said it was too cold outside. The weather was 60 degrees. I went to another place and got my inspection done without a problem.

On top of that, the cost was very fair, especially considering the level of work and customer care. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire work or general auto service in the area. They are a solid shop ran by people who obviously take pride in what they do.

Richard Harrison My wife had a mishap on I45 when a vehicle kicked up some debris and it left a pretty good dent and scratch on the front of her hood. We ended up going to Classic Collision and it was a wonderful experience! We dropped it off first thing Tuesday and they called us about 2:00 PM Wednesday to let us know it was already finished! An absolutely undetectable repair! They even helped us navigate our insurance. Body shops don’t get much better than this. Highly recommended.

Sabine Harrison Got smacked by road debris and ended up with an unpleasant dent and paint damage to the front of my hood. Dropped it off on Tuesday and it was ready yesterday (Wednesday). The hood looks pristine, the ain’t matches perfectly. My truck looks like nothing ever happened. And, as if fast and great isn’t enough the folks at Classic Collision here in Crockett are super nice. Best.Ever. Seriously!
