1 /5 Jason Basham: STOP...think twice before having this service department perform any kind of work on your car. They replaced a diff carrier on my car last year. The "world class tech" as Brandon described him, failed to properly torque the bolts and did not install the locking tabs correctly when connecting the axle shaft. It was poor workmanship on their part and they are unwilling to own up to it. As a result, I am stuck with a $1200 repair bill, tow truck bill, and inconvenienced by not having a car for days.
