1 /5 Veronica Czewski: This is a dishonest man deceiving people based on my personal experience. My SUV needed a heater hose replacement. I was parked in front O‘Rielly’s . He told me he would not warranty O’Reilly’s parts on his work, because the parts were “cheap”. He claimed that the correct part was only at Autozone. He returned
3 hours later.
He charged me for a new heater hose and labor $180.
He didn’t put on a new heater hose, instead he placed a $7 plastic T at the connection points!
I reached out 2 days later when the plastic T blew off.
He was rude! He refused to return my money or complete the job he had been paid to finish.
Below are the photos of the original broken heater hose, and his repair.
Lubbock Police Department said it was a civil matter rather than criminal.
