When I took my BMW car that had a broken wheel on alignment, he knew exactly what was wrong and how he needed to fix it. He took only a few days to fix the car, despite having to order the specific part needed to fix my car. After my car was done, I even gave him the option to fix a little few other problems I had with the car, but he told me it was not worth the money and he didn’t want to make me pay him because the car worked fine, but the sensors were not working efficiently. He’s very honest with his work and I highly recommend him to anyone. He will be my go-to person from now on if I ever have any car issues in the future!

Here, the owner Rocky took time to discuss my concerns over the phone and was confident they could diagnose the exact cause of the issues and have it repaired quickly. My husband had also repaired several things on the car himself and they took time to discuss his thought process to his diagnosis of the vehicle issues, we’ve never had a shop be so receptive and actually listen to us so intently before even bringing the vehicle in! We dropped our vehicle off and it was repaired within 2 days! There were several issues and they were incredibly thorough and kept us informed every step of the way! We weren’t able to have all repairs completed at that time due to financial strain but took our vehicle back a few weeks later to have everything completed and it was fixed within a few hours!

I paid over $700 to have my car diagnosed and repaired at Scott’s Complete Auto Care—and in the end, nothing was fixed. After keeping my vehicle and charging me for the work, they ultimately told me I needed to take it to the dealership because they couldn’t resolve the issue. If they knew it was beyond their scope, that should’ve been communicated before charging me hundreds of dollars. I left feeling like I paid a steep price just to be told they couldn’t help. No real solutions, no refund, no ownership of the outcome. Extremely frustrating experience. I expected better and won’t be returning.

They dont try to upsale or mislead you, and their prices are always fair. As an electrician, I know labor costs money. They do a good job labor wise and typically pretty quick too. They also stand by their warranty for any type of work done. They have taken care of my daughters car multiple times (its an old car) and have always done a good job. I would definitely recommend Huds for any type of auto work.
