I decided to give them a shot, and as soon as I entered the building I was welcomed right on the spot. Chris was so polite, generous, and very knowledgeable. I was told about the process they would be doing and it only took them about 45 minutes! Chris went above and beyond to ensure that they would get my car all fixed up, and that’s exactly what happened, no hassle necessary!

    Asher: If youre looking for a reputable, honest, and communicative mechanic in Lubbock, look no further than Prock Automotive! Im a bit of a hypochondriac when it comes to my car, and brought it in over a small noise that it had started making. The first time I brought it in, they fixed my A/C up (for a reasonable price) since it hadnt been functioning at 100%, but the noise was still there. Brought my car back in to have it looked over more thoroughly; after inspecting the underside they adjusted my brake pads, but couldnt find anything to be concerned about! They returned my car to me free of charge, despite taking out time to replicate the sound I had noticed, check for any visible issues, adjust what they could, and test it again to ensure that the adjustment helped. My car had to be kept at the shop for a couple of days due to the volume of jobs they had, but they still took time to get my car looked at as quickly as they could! I greatly appreciate their communication with me, as they kept track of the status of my car and happily gave me updates each time I called about it. I was worried that calling each day would be bothersome, but I was always met with friendliness and knowledge about what exactly had been done with my car since the last time I called. I will be coming back after this experience, not just for the honesty they approached the job with, but also for the excellent customer service!

    Josh Spiegel: Highly recommend! My experience was fair, transparent, honest, communicative, and above and beyond my expectations. I needed new sway bar end links and struts with lots of rattling. He had some time during the morning and voluntarily offered and drove me back home while I was searching for a ride back. (Far beyond his job description, not to be expected, and shows his servant minded heart.) He took a detailed and specific video showing and describing the issues that he was seeing during the inspection. Rates were average to little high, but certainly fair. Driving smooth no rattling with new sway bar links and struts. I would definitely return, and recommend to others in the Lubbock area. I am highly satisfied with my experience, and my car has seen a couple car shops with my old Pontiac Vibe..
