1 /5 its me: I took my Yukon in for a state inspection, and when I went to leave, I noticed a dent in my driver’s door that wasn’t there before. I immediately informed the staff, and they told me to speak with the manager the next day.
When I spoke with the manager, he claimed they would only cover $100 of the repair because one of his employees “used to do bodywork” and said that’s all it should cost. However, the actual repair was $150, meaning I had to pay $50 out of pocket for damage I didn’t cause.
Avoid this place at all costs unless you’re okay with having your vehicle damaged and the shop refusing to take full responsibility.
