1 /5 Madelyn Anuwe: **Absolutely do NOT recommend Kwik Kar Craig Ranch.** My experience with this location has been nothing short of awful, and I feel completely taken advantage of.
I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and to have the A/C inspected due to it not working properly. At drop-off, I was quoted a maximum I *might* pay (which I was okay with— assuming it meant I was leaving with a working a/c and oil change) and was asked to sign on a digital keypad to "authorize work"—with no clear explanation of what I was actually agreeing to.
After several hours of zero communication, I called for an update and was told they were still waiting on a diagnostic report. I headed to the shop an hour later, and Aaron finally came out to walk me through the A/C diagnosis. He explained the issue thoroughly—only to drop the bombshell that I would owe 720 that day and still be leaving with no functioning A/C and zero refrigerant left in my car.
To make matters worse, they hadn’t even performed the oil change after seven hours of having my car in their shop.
Aaron then informed me that the digital signature I gave that morning not only authorized the work, but supposedly committed me to a **minimum $650 charge**—a number that was never once mentioned or documented beforehand. There was no itemized estimate, no breakdown of charges, and absolutely no transparency.
While I take responsibility for signing without seeing the fine print, I am deeply disappointed in this misleading and deceptive tactic. This is not how ethical businesses operate.
**Do not trust this location with your vehicle.** They are dishonest, lack clear communication, and take advantage of customers through dishonest practices. I strongly urge others to avoid Kwik Kar Craig Ranch at all costs.
