    Dru Thompson: I’d give 0 stars if possible, I brought my car in for a diagnosis, and long story short my vehicle was there for 3 weeks before he finally looked at it , just to find out he ordered a part without telling me, then it sat another two weeks at his shop before I picked it up because he hadn’t done any work on it yet. When I called to speak about picking it up he hung up on me and when I called back he said he’d did it cause I wanted to pick up my car. Very unprofessional and terrible communication

    M N: I got into a terrible collision accident with another car. It was really bad timing especially when everything seems to be unbelievably expensive. I took my car to Collision Kings Auto Body of McKinney and the service was affordable. The turn time was excellent. We got the car back in less then a week. Shaun was very transparent when explaining everything to us. He was honest and very fair. I would recommend Collision Kings Auto Body of McKinney to anyone and everyone. They are truly amazing!

    Bruce Wayne: My wife took her car here all the time. But every time when they worked on something that required they to take off the splash shield, they NEVER put it back on properly. It only took a few more zip ties to make sure the splash shield stayed on. But they wouldnt put in the extra small efforts. So, after my wife drove to places, the slash shield would eventually dangle beneath her car. We decided to take her car somewhere else even though the location of the shop was very convenient.

I appreciate being shown my car while being told the recommended additional services, and not being pressured into adding them on immediately. They also fully explained to me what each of the suggested services are and why theyre needed. Also, they were pretty quick with the oil change I came in for! All in all, 10/10 experience.

Recently I had to go in for several repairs. The staff is so friendly & great at what they do! Billy & Walter went above and beyond in getting all repairs done properly. Walter was so patient in educating me on my vehicle’s issues & what needed to be done. Billy made sure the repairs that had been made were perfect & even did a Goodwill repair for me that I wasn’t expecting. I love that it’s a family owned small business that work with high standards & so much integrity. Thank you to all the staff for taking great care of my vehicle repairs!
