1 /5 Anthony Daniels: Horrible customer service, incapable of completing exams nothing was done in a timely manner they lied about details and ofcoarse after they get paid they could care less ,, had us drive up to the location for already late results and have us waiting here because they still dont have them…. Irresponsible staff, uneducated, disrespectful and careless, no compassion no help untrustworthy.

5 /5 Happy Sailen: Very quick and easy checkup clinic, had a botched ingrown toenails and the doctor took care of it. It was a process, but no complaints here. Im feeling way better and my toes feel better too. Ill definitely back for another check up.

1 /5 Yosie Rodriguez: The female NP that tended to me failed to tell me of an infection I had that was written in plain words on the results. Not to mention the front desk takes FOREVER just to call you for results. One day I was told results were ready which was a lie when I went up and asked about them. But again, failure to properly diagnose me is what irritated me. Never again. Yall cost an arm and a leg, anyway.

1 /5 Yesenia Aracena: First of all they had me waiting for an hour to see my daughter then they had us waiting for another hour in the room, the doctor that saw my baby first didn’t answer the simplest question I asked if my daughter had fever and she said yes and I asked how high and she didn’t say, or her weight like she didn’t know those basic things. Then she came back with the results saying she was fine and then saying oh no I think that was for other girl I was seeing then she said my baby had a positive test and prescribed her some antibiotics. Now I was looking at the mg and the quantity and it was way high for what I was use to give my other kid when he was sick. So I called to ask if there was a mistake or she confused my daughter again with another kid. She was so rude telling me that if I knew more medicine to give her less if I wanted to!!! Like what!? Is that the way you talk to worried parents! You should quit being a doctor seriously! I just wanted for you to say that there wasn’t a mistake.

1 /5 Mely_ luvsu: This was just a horrible experience. First visit went fine, dr said my son needed some lab work. I paid for the consult and lab work. 2nd visit the Dr tells me the results and tells us we can leave. Doesnt let me ask questions or explains anything to me, my son and I just sit a little confused about the diagnosis.. and the Dr tells us again that we can go. I did tell her this was not the way to handle these types of situations and she seemed irritated. She asked with an attitude what my questions were. Definitely Not what I want from a Dr that I turn to for medical advise. Dont waste your money.. Go somewhere that truly values your health and will address your issues.
