Not only are they great professionals, but very nice people, friendly and they make that hour of therapy a pleasant environment. Very grateful to them for taking care of my wrist.

1 /5 Ben Jones: Spent all afternoon at this place to do a simple physical. They were unable to process the physical. The doctor was very lacking in knowledge and rude. I was told they would refund my money and waited another hour for that. I would suggest taking your business anywhere else.

5 /5 Pamala Combs: Very friendly staff! The process for my pre-employment labs was fast and easy. The wait time was MAYBE 10 minutes, if that. My tech, Cris, had an amazing bed side manner, extremely hard to find at this day and age. Thank you to all the staff, especially Cris!

Sheri Music: I have been going to BSA-ADC many years. I see several doctors there. I have been pleased with each on of them plus the entire staff. Many of the Amarillo medical places here are hard to navigate for older people. BSA-ADC facility is easy for older people to use. The facility is beginning to age but I would rather go there than the big new fancy buildings. BSA-ADC is clean, well maintained with great employees. They meet the needs of their patients.

Angelica Lopez: Have been trying to access my daughter’s shot records since May. She is now pushing up on 1 year and has had 2 rounds of shots only. No one has returned any calls before the system was down and now that system has been down (new excuse) for WEEKS. Makes me realize Texas Tech doesn’t really care about their patients and it doesn’t seem as though they intent to get it back up. No consistency when we did go there, poor scheduling and different faces every time. Just take your kids somewhere else tbh, this place is a hot mess.

Alexandra Gonzales: I want to start by saying Dr. Stroud is amazing and his nurses are so kind and friendly. Do not walk into this office and expect to not pay your copay because they will embarrass you and refuse service. Here is some background- on 8/20 I paid $1550, this HALF of the bill that must be paid up front for my 9 month old daughter to get tubes put in her ears. She gets her tubes put in on 8/26- everything is great! Today, we go in for a follow up and I was told we have a $50 copay- I hand her my credit card and she proceeds to tell me they cant accept my card. I said "can you please bill me?" she proceeded to tell me "you have to pay today in order to be seen, can I use the card on file?" I explain I am a little short on cash after paying the $1550, can we please use my credit card, not the debit card on file? She then tells me "I can call billing but I doubt they will allow us to bill it" she picks up the phone and tells the lady in charge of billing "This has never happened before but the lady I am helping does not want to pay". I never said anything about not wanting to pay. She completely embarrasses me in front of about 8 people in the waiting room. The billing lady comes out and helps process my credit card payment and we can be seen. We finish with our appointment and when we are checking out they tell me they will be refunding my $50 payment because there is no copay on follow up appointments.

They always explain my options, take their time with me, and I dont feel rushed. Youre never in the waiting room long, but sometimes you have to wait a while to see the doctor once in the patient room, but thats most places and its because they dont rush when theyre with their patients. Sometimes youre in and out in a jiffy. Just depends on the day and season.

Ashley Massey: I see Dr Nashs PA- Wilson Cochrane and he has been Amazing!! He always makes sure all of my issues have been addressed and TRULY cares about my well-being both physical and mental. His nurse is just as amazing and my calls are usually returned same day. The girls at the front are very friendly and efficient as well. The facility is very clean and the waiting area is nice. I have never waited for long even as a walk in. I am so blessed to have been brought to this place!!

Chris Brewer: Dr Weinheimer was very attentive and knowledgeable about my situation. He has a good bedside manner and isn’t one of those doctors who just does surgery to do it. He said my injury was healing well and he wanted to watch it and see if it would heal on its own since there was no infection or corrections needed for my thumb. If down the road it got infected or wasn’t healing properly then we would address surgery.

Michelle Brown: My daughter went to see Dr. Castillo, and it was a horrific experience!! First of all, she had to wait about an hour to be called back to see this Dr. After she was finally called back, she waited in the patient room for another hour and 1/2!! When Dr. Castillo finally make her appearance, she was rude, and hateful. Obviously could not have cared less about her patient!! My daughter had questions that she never even asked because she could not wait to get away from this woman!!! By looking at her other reviews, it is obvious that this happens a lot!! I’m sorry I sent my kid to her!! It WONT HAPPEN AGAIN!
