1 /5 Angelica Lopez: Have been trying to access my daughter’s shot records since May. She is now pushing up on 1 year and has had 2 rounds of shots only. No one has returned any calls before the system was down and now that system has been down (new excuse) for WEEKS. Makes me realize Texas Tech doesn’t really care about their patients and it doesn’t seem as though they intent to get it back up. No consistency when we did go there, poor scheduling and different faces every time. Just take your kids somewhere else tbh, this place is a hot mess.

5 /5 Sarah McBride: We love Texas Tech Pediatrics. We are always given the best care and prompt service. Dr Herrick is amazing and always listens to our concerns and is so good with my child. Couldnt be happier with our pediatrician.

5 /5 Jeb Bridges: Dr. Contreras, Parker, and Rankin have all been some of the most thorough and compassionate doctors I have ever worked with. When my grandson was taken to the ICU and diagnosed with diabetes I feel like they stepped in and saved his life. They also helped my family understand everything that we needed to know during such a devastating time. I am so grateful to have such an amazing team of doctors.

1 /5 Nathan: The worst doctors office Ive ever experienced. Extremely rude front staff, lack of concern or care about your child and their well being. If you get lucky enough to finally get seen and make it past the ruthless cold hearted front staff, you get a doctor that ignores your concerns because of course the doctor knows better and wont even hear what you have to say. Mis diagnosed my child over and over. Dangerous place for children. I wouldnt recommend bringing your child to this place
