BSA Amarillo Diagnostic Clinic - Amarillo (TX)

5 /5 Sheri Music: I have been going to BSA-ADC many years. I see several doctors there. I have been pleased with each on of them plus the entire staff. Many of the Amarillo medical places here are hard to navigate for older people. BSA-ADC facility is easy for older people to use. The facility is beginning to age but I would rather go there than the big new fancy buildings. BSA-ADC is clean, well maintained with great employees. They meet the needs of their patients.

1 /5 Sherly Me: I called and made an appointment at 4:00 1-14-25 and got the appointment for 11:00 on 1-15-25…I was in a lot of pain and needed to see the Dr. I got in with Carla…I get to my appointment at 10:30 and the front desk says they messed up and I did not have an appointment…said they would try to work me in at 2:00…again, I was not feeling well and it took everything I had to get to the doctor…They wanted me to leave and come back at 2:00?? Seriously?? They apologized and said they would talk to the office manager about the mistake! Not good enough!! I was crying!! No empathy, no compassion…said they had “no control”…I’m livid!! I called my MD at AFP which is right around the corner and they got me in immediately!! Gave me a shot and two antibiotics!! Was out in less than 30 minutes!! But, BSA Diagnostic Clinic could not help me and wanted me to leave and come back!! I don’t live across the street!! It takes me 30 minutes to drive there!! Health Care is just not like it used to be :(….I’m 68 years old, and it would have been so much easier for them to have said, take a seat…we will get you in!!

5 /5 Jason Norman: I cannot write enough good things about the BSA Diagnostic Clinic. Dr. Mitchell has been my PCP since 1996 when I first had my own health insurance & had to find a PCP. She just started her practice in Amarillo. She has saved my life numerous times since then. Dr. Mitchell is wonderful. She listens to me & my concerns. I recommend her anytime someone needs a new PCP. I also have two other outstanding doctors here…Dr. Carlisle & Dr. Ellington. All of my doctors & front line staff are kind, professional, and responsive. I am always treated respectfully & with a smile. I want to say THANK YOU to all of them for always taking good care of me.

5 /5 patrick slattery: Very good staff, from check in to check out, I get seen by Lyndsey and she is top shelf in my care very intelligent and compassionate to my needs, the staff are very fast in answering my questions in the patient portal which is why I gave them 5 stars.

1 /5 Kristian Friel: The billing department for this doctors clinic has got to be the most incompetent group Ive ever dealt with. Ive visited twice now, paid a copay on each visit, and then received a bill for the copayment a month or so later both times. I can call and confirm that I am being billed for a copayment, they will confirm that its already been paid and promise to fix it.. and a few weeks later I get an automated call about an "important business matter". You call that number back and are told the estimated wait time is 2-5 mins usually.. wait about 30-40 mins and finally give up. Im going to find another doctor just to not deal with these idiots. Update: After posting this review, I log in to find a zero balance in MyChart. A week later, the balance is back with no explanation. Again, the most incompetent billing department on the face of this planet.
