1 /5 Destiny Bonar: Im incredibly disappointed with NW Physicians Group. I was so excited to finally find a doctor for my kids who accepted medicaid. Two of my kids are double covered, and one only medicaid, and I called and confirmed that all the insurance would be accepted, and I was told it was. They sent me new patient forms, that I filled out and sent back, and I called the insurance and updated their PCP, just like they had asked me to, only to be called a week before their appointment and be told "sorry, we cant accept you, we arent accepting new medicaid patients as of this week." I put a ton of time and effort for absolutely nothing. Then they called me again the next day and told me the same thing, because no one updated in their records that they had already called me and cancelled the appointment. I understand not taking new patients, but cancelling appointments after all the paper work has been done, and insurance has been switched, is very unprofessional. Now I have to start at square one, and change their PCP with the insurance again. Im less than impressed.
