5 /5 Ana Alvi: Dr. James is intelligent, caring and personable. It has been easy to follow each and every one of her recommendations over the past year and a half. Kenla is a kind and very gentle dental hygienist and I often joke that I could fall asleep during her dental cleanings. She also brings along the sweetest pup Piper who never fails to make me smile during my appointments! Tricia worked efficiently during our appointment assisting Dr James flawlessly and constantly checking in to ensure I was comfortable during my procedure. Miranda is always helpful with a smile on her face when going over paper work ensuring that all questions are answered before leaving. Overall, this dental office goes above and beyond in their kindness, the dental work they perform, and the technology used to provide each service. Thank you Dr. James and staff!!

5 /5 Toby Vaughn: This has become by far my favorite dentist! I went in for a cleaning and turned out I needed some dental work, which I had expected since I haven’t been in a few years due to a slight fear of the dental office. Dr James came in and spoke with me about everything, all of my treatment options, risks, benefits, how long the appointment would be and even what they would do for pain management. She went over all my x rays and answered every question I had and encouraged questions. She then walked me up to the front desk and went over my options there with me. I made an appointment to have the dental work done, and it was really easy to make an appointment and Miranda even helped process my payment for it, any time I had a question she would always answer it! During the dental work appointment, they always made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a blanket, any time I felt anything it was immediately addressed and I never felt a single thing after that. My procedure was very quick and efficient and they explained every step as it went along and stopped along to double check on how I was feeling and if I needed a break. Overall, Dr James and team, thank you so much for being kind and explaining everything, y’all are truly a gem! I will be back!!!

Kenla, the dental hygienist, is hands-down the best — gentle, thorough, and basically a massage therapist for your gums! Dr. James is absolutely amazing. Shes ethical, compassionate, and genuinely hilarious — which makes every visit so much more enjoyable. She takes the time to explain every treatment plan and option in a way that’s easy to understand. You can tell she really cares about her patients and is incredibly skilled at what she does. Tricia, the dental assistant, is another standout. She’s personable, funny, and makes you feel completely at ease. Dr. Wang is also fantastic — knowledgeable, kind, and very skilled. Cayley is always on top of scheduling and goes above and beyond to get you in quickly. She’s so kind, efficient, and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Miranda always greets you with a smile and walks you through your treatment and payment options with patience and clarity. You can communicate with the office by phone, email, or text — and they’re always quick to respond. Every single person at Pecan Park goes above and beyond. I honestly can’t recommend them enough!

5 /5 Ashley Wright: My kids and I love Dr. James and Dr. Wang! Tricia and Kenla are amazing! Very patient and kind. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve had! I’ve been to a lot of dentists who just want to get you in and out and don’t really explain things, but Dr. Wang talked me through everything and made me feel so at ease with the process! And the kiddos absolutely love when piper is there! Highly recommend!
