Jose Mendoza: I have never met such honest mechanic shop. I brought in our pick up, thinking We needed the brake pads replaced. Kimberly called me, explained they were still in good condition that there was no need to replace them now. I will keep bringing in my pick ups for any mechanical issues in the future with Trejos automotive for sure!!
    Garys Service Center - Lubbock
Bryton Lawson: In these tough economic times, keeping our current vehicle running is paramount, and Garys Service Center, especially under the incredible management of Johnathan Taylor, went above and beyond to ensure just that for us. We had unfortunately neglected our car for a couple of years and were bracing ourselves for a hefty repair bill after requesting a comprehensive inspection and addressing some known issues. To our delight, Garys Service Center not only identified and expertly fixed everything our car needed at an unbelievably reasonable price, but they also demonstrated exceptional customer service and integrity. I was scheduled to drive out of town to pick up family for a week, and despite being closed for Good Friday upon my return to Clovis, they went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure I didnt have to make an unnecessary two-hour drive back to Lubbock to get my car. This level of consideration was truly remarkable. What impressed me even more was their honesty. I had suspected a problem with my suspension and asked them to inspect and replace it if necessary. Instead of simply taking my word for it and charging me, they called to explain that the suspension was actually in good condition and that replacing it would only address a minor squeak. They could have easily taken advantage of my assumption, but their integrity shone through, saving me unnecessary expense. Its also incredibly commendable that Garys Service Center actively supports the military community, a fact I learned without even having to ask. I cannot recommend Garys Service Center and Johnathan Taylor highly enough. Their exceptional service, honest approach, fair pricing, and genuine care for their customers make them stand out as a truly stellar automotive service provider. Thank you, Johnathan, for the peace of mind and outstanding experience!

N S: The service quick, it was under 30 minutes for an oil change. The gentleman in the office was very polite. When I came in they had me make an appointment so I did, but when I was leaving another women came and they just told her to come tomorrow and she didnt have to make an appointment. But otherwise its a great place to go.
    Specialty Auto Repair - Lubbock
Alex K: When I went to Tech this is the only place I trusted to work on my F-250. These guys were always so nice and fast, and even stayed late one day so I could pick up my truck after class! They never tried to push any extra things on me, like places usually try to do. If they told me my truck needed something, it really needed it. My family and I always joke that we wish we could drive up to Lubbock from Austin to get all our trucks serviced there! You can’t go wrong bringing your truck here!
On The Spot Mobile Mechanic - Lubbock
Veronica Czewski: This is a dishonest man deceiving people based on my personal experience. My SUV needed a heater hose replacement. I was parked in front O‘Rielly’s . He told me he would not warranty O’Reilly’s parts on his work, because the parts were “cheap”. He claimed that the correct part was only at Autozone. He returned 3 hours later. He charged me for a new heater hose and labor $180. He didn’t put on a new heater hose, instead he placed a $7 plastic T at the connection points! I reached out 2 days later when the plastic T blew off. He was rude! He refused to return my money or complete the job he had been paid to finish. Below are the photos of the original broken heater hose, and his repair. Lubbock Police Department said it was a civil matter rather than criminal.

Codey Poitra: Tony took care me and got my truck in and out in day and a half. Fixed the issue, without any problems. I appreciate you taking care of my truck bro.
Chris Auto Repair Services - Lubbock
Jeremy Pierce: Had Chris replace a water pump and thermostat on our Highlander and work on our AC in our Mazda. He communicated well about the process, where he was in the repair, and when to expect completion. He worked hard to get the best quality parts and repairs were taken care of quickly. If youre looking for a local, small business to take care of your vehicles, I would definitely suggest you check him out.
    Williams Auto Repair - Lubbock
Monique Mills: 2020 Chevy Traverse Repair-M. Mills I bought my 2020 Chevy Traverse in for a repair to fix what we thought was an exhaust or manifold issue. Turns out it was a broken pipe. The gentlemen were very nice, informative and most importantly they are HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY! I hope to "not" have to see them again but if something should happen to any of my vehicles we will definitely be coming back.
Brandons Auto Repair & Diesel Service - Lubbock
Brian Hall: Brandons Auto Repair had my truck for THREE years, thats right three years. After spending over $8,000 dollars on the engine which was mid-diagnosed the first time, they finally got it back to me. This last problem lasted 8 months, as they got my approval to fix the new problem in November of 2024. Upon picking it up, I drove it 78 miles and got stranded in Lamesa. 78 miles and now have to tow it back to this shop. Terrible, terrible!!!!! Needless to say, worst experience ever.
