I was having several technical issues with my 2000 C5 Corvette...including no cruise control, display gauges pegged out or not working, traction control issue. Id taken it to several other automotive services and was given different diagnostics. Luckily I was told about Coyote Auto and they quickly diagnosed the true matter and I have my Corvette back and running beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend Coyote Auto for all your automotive needs. Monique Mills 2020 Chevy Traverse Repair-M. Mills I bought my 2020 Chevy Traverse in for a repair to fix what we thought was an exhaust or manifold issue. Turns out it was a broken pipe. The gentlemen were very nice, informative and most importantly they are HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY! I hope to "not" have to see them again but if something should happen to any of my vehicles we will definitely be coming back.

Sasha Smith I went to Integrity auto repair for the first time for repairs to my suspension system. They did the repairs at a great price and really fast. The office is very clean and everyone is very professional. My car is 14 years old and runs a lot better than before. It accelerates a lot faster due to suspension repairs and new intake manifold gasket. They always answer the phone unlike some repair shops and price is better than the other four shops that I called. I plan to continue to use them in the future.

jay gonzales I was referred to H88 and going to them was the best decision I’ve made since getting married. They were able to take my vehicle in put on new brakes and rotors at a very reasonable cost. Will go again for all my mechanical needs.

Candyce Raub I highly recommend Drive Auto Repair!!! I needed motor mounts replaced on my 05 Nissan Altima. After getting quotes from other...rediculously high priced places Shawn at Drive Auto Repair gave me a quick quote over the phone with no hesitation unlike the others. I knew exactly what I needed from a mechanic in the past suggesting a future repair and he also quoted me. So I had an idea of the cost. I took my car back to him only to find out he passed away of covid and his shop was closed. Very sad. Some places would not even quote me over the phone when I told them exactly what I needed. Over $400 at one place...over $550 at another. These places are such a ripoff! I found Drive Auto on line, called, and Shawn quoted me almost half of what the others quoted. Took my car there the next morning and he replaced my mounts and went the extra mile to fill up my antifreeze and fix my rattling hood. He noticed another issue that should be repaired soon and printed out my quote for that. I was so happy and pleased. A very friendly and honest place!!! I am new to Lubbock and finally have a reliable mechanic!!! I highly recommend Drive Auto at 12411 University!!! THE BEST!!!

Joshua Etheredge Had one job done by Dakota. Great work, great price. Had another job done, and things went wrong. I was invoiced before the work and charged extraordinarily high parts charge. Dakota assured me that all was correct, but then I researched online. Parts were marked up by as much as 40%, and the labor was charged as more hours than the job took. Unfortunate, as I thought we found a new mechanic. Would not at all recommend. Update - called the parts store the part was ordered from. Got the actual amount. Parts -$59. Parts charged -$199. The markup was way worse than 40%. More like a 200% markup. Unreasonable and untrustworthy.

Li Gaoxiang Today I got my friend to have a pre purchase inspection for the car she want to buy. Mitch found the problems and pointed them out in front of the sellers for me. I really appreciate his inspection and he also gave us some advice about how to find a good car. He is so nice, and even the inspection is totally free! Definitely the best inspection I ever had.

Jessica Whittaker I first took my car to another place and they said I needed all new spark plugs and other issues. I took it here to get a second opinion after seeing the reviews. He said a few of my spark plugs were bad and he found a completely different issue within my engine. He was able to fix both within a day and gave us very fair price. Dont waste your time going other places! Very honest work is done at m&m.

Brian Hall Brandons Auto Repair had my truck for THREE years, thats right three years. After spending over $8,000 dollars on the engine which was mid-diagnosed the first time, they finally got it back to me. This last problem lasted 8 months, as they got my approval to fix the new problem in November of 2024. Upon picking it up, I drove it 78 miles and got stranded in Lamesa. 78 miles and now have to tow it back to this shop. Terrible, terrible!!!!! Needless to say, worst experience ever.

Bryton Lawson In these tough economic times, keeping our current vehicle running is paramount, and Garys Service Center, especially under the incredible management of Johnathan Taylor, went above and beyond to ensure just that for us. We had unfortunately neglected our car for a couple of years and were bracing ourselves for a hefty repair bill after requesting a comprehensive inspection and addressing some known issues. To our delight, Garys Service Center not only identified and expertly fixed everything our car needed at an unbelievably reasonable price, but they also demonstrated exceptional customer service and integrity. I was scheduled to drive out of town to pick up family for a week, and despite being closed for Good Friday upon my return to Clovis, they went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure I didnt have to make an unnecessary two-hour drive back to Lubbock to get my car. This level of consideration was truly remarkable. What impressed me even more was their honesty. I had suspected a problem with my suspension and asked them to inspect and replace it if necessary. Instead of simply taking my word for it and charging me, they called to explain that the suspension was actually in good condition and that replacing it would only address a minor squeak. They could have easily taken advantage of my assumption, but their integrity shone through, saving me unnecessary expense. Its also incredibly commendable that Garys Service Center actively supports the military community, a fact I learned without even having to ask. I cannot recommend Garys Service Center and Johnathan Taylor highly enough. Their exceptional service, honest approach, fair pricing, and genuine care for their customers make them stand out as a truly stellar automotive service provider. Thank you, Johnathan, for the peace of mind and outstanding experience!

Cole Alton Excellent service! Recently had to have repairs done that were quoted as being much more costly that ended up not being nearly as high once work began. John has consistently been friendly and knowledgeable and I have always had quick turnaround whenever I’ve had to take my car in.

Joshua DeLoach I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like people should know what they’re walking into here. I paid over $700 to have my car diagnosed and repaired at Scott’s Complete Auto Care—and in the end, nothing was fixed. After keeping my vehicle and charging me for the work, they ultimately told me I needed to take it to the dealership because they couldn’t resolve the issue. If they knew it was beyond their scope, that should’ve been communicated before charging me hundreds of dollars. I left feeling like I paid a steep price just to be told they couldn’t help. No real solutions, no refund, no ownership of the outcome. Extremely frustrating experience. I expected better and won’t be returning.

Jay Briggs I have had major work done to two different vehicles and they got both of them out in one day. Service is done right the first time fast and reasonably priced. You cant ask for better than that.

Josh Spiegel Highly recommend! My experience was fair, transparent, honest, communicative, and above and beyond my expectations. I needed new sway bar end links and struts with lots of rattling. He had some time during the morning and voluntarily offered and drove me back home while I was searching for a ride back. (Far beyond his job description, not to be expected, and shows his servant minded heart.) He took a detailed and specific video showing and describing the issues that he was seeing during the inspection. Rates were average to little high, but certainly fair. Driving smooth no rattling with new sway bar links and struts. I would definitely return, and recommend to others in the Lubbock area. I am highly satisfied with my experience, and my car has seen a couple car shops with my old Pontiac Vibe..

Walter Allen My daughter goes to Texas Tech. She had an issue with her car and I called this guy to help me out. Courteous, prompt and beyond fair!!!! He did it in 2 days and I thought it would be 5 or so. Highly recommend. Fair priced and a straight shooter.

Gabrielle Reynolds Nick is the greatest person i could ever trust with my car. His prices are so amazing for a low income family like myself. He does everything in a timely matter and makes sure you get your car fixed. It may take some time to get in with him since he is the only one there but it is well worth it for the price and service received!!

Danny Kochis I know nothing about fixing cars and was recommended Nicks by a friend. So, I brought my car in for a repair. They were very busy but they still found the time to listen to me as I explained the problem. They were able to fit me into their schedule and were able to quickly fix the issue. The charge was very reasonable. I had been in search of a mechanic that I could trust but that isnt a problem anymore. Good people, good service at honest prices.

Juanita Sifuentez I took my truck to Nick Automotive for electrical issues, and a belt being off and it was a complete nightmare. They misdiagnosed the problem, charged me $1,226, and my truck is still not fixed! Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they refused to correct it and basically told me I was out of luck. This shop is unprofessional, lacks accountability, and clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to waste your money and time. Look elsewhere for honest and competent service! *Sad part about Nicks was when I asked questions like for my receipt, my invoice and why such a big charge when there was no change in my issue with the truck because it was basically in the same situation I took it in. The Owner had the audacity to say I dont make the prices they do, the front does. HAHAHA, I guess he meant the secretarys do, what a petty lie... Yeah right Yall charge an arm and leg for nothing just to rip off customers because you hold a Automotive mechanic certificate that didnt do you any good. No good service, Yet the worse place to take a vehicle for a legit honest and trustworthy repair.

Cathy Brower I love these guys. They are the best people you could ever hope to meet. They are hard working and very honest. They will not make repairs you dont need. They love cars and truly care about you and your car. Their work is excellent and fair priced. In the past, I have had mechanics and dealers take advantage of my limited automotive knowledge. Not S & S. I trust them completely. Honesty, integrity and quality are the cornerstones of their business. I wish all businesses had the same philosophy and not out to make a quick buck. The shop is not on the main thoroughfare like Loop 289 access road, Quaker , Slide or Indiana but it is well worth the short drive to get to S & S Auto Care. It is fast and easy to get to their shop. They will fix your car the right way the first time. You never have to worry or be inconvenienced by having to keep taking a car back to get it fixed properly. Your satisfaction is very important to them. You can also grab a bite to eat at the Tech Cafe across the street. I would never dream of taking our cars anywhere else.
