Was great at helping me make sure all the paperwork was done correctly for my physical. As we all know government paperwork can be a bear.

3 /5 Dee: I have been a patient since early spring. Staff is very professional and helpful. I am currently participating in weekly allergy shots during very rigid time frames. For example, shots start at 0830 am -11:30am break for lunch then 1:30-4:00 Monday through Thursday. On Friday they only provide shots from 08:30am until 11:30am. This makes it difficult for me because I do not work in New Braunfels. I either have to risk being super late to work while waiting to receive my shot, or leave work early. Quite honestly, all the staff is wonderful. The shot hours are just hard to keep up with.

L Forest: Absolutely the worst emergency care I have ever experienced. The place is filthy and the nurses were unreasonabley loud/laughing while patients wait to treated. Between bouts of vomiting I could not sleep they were SO loud. Others complained too. They failed to clamp my IV port on a trip to the restroom completely covering myself, my husband and the bathroom floor with a great deal of blood. It took them a while to find where the blood was coming from. They wiped it w a dry paper towel leaving the floor coated in blood the entire 14 hours we were there, others were using the restroom constantly it was disgusting. My PCP gave us documents explaining new diagnostics and my condition/treatment which they set aside & completely ignored so they could see "if this works" it didnt. Over 12 hours later they decided to try use the same protocol as my documents stated and it finally worked to stop my pain and vomiting 10-12 xs an hour. DO NOT GO HERE! Anywhere but here.
